Went here and the food was great but the prices were stupid high. 15 dollars for lunch, 3 piece chicken, 2 sides and a drink?? FORGET that, won't ever be coming back here as the value isn't worth the trip-off. That's not to mention the drive through service was slow AF and took forever to get orders out. Sorry popeys, you are out of the game!

Food was ok but when I went to fill my $3.19 Diet Coke the machine was out. I went to the counter to exchange for a bottle of water listed as $1. I was told they didn’t sell bottled water and they had water through the fountain for free. She also told me she knew the Diet Coke was out. There was no sign saying this. Those were the only options for sugar free drinks. I explained I did not want the sugar and asked for a refund which she flatly refused. I felt like I was treated rather rudely. The gal checking me out was quite nice though.

Maybe I don't know what to expect or I'm ordering the wrong menu items. I've eaten here twice and both times I ended up with a gut ache. I got some wings last time and they were super greasy. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The food might not be for me.

I went through drive-thru during evening shift and I gave the correct code for bone-in chicken. The person could not hear my order, they need to update their intercom system. I used a $30.99 coupon for a 14 PC bone-in chicken and I drove home. I live all the way across town and find out they gave me chicken tenders. So I called them and told them about my order being wrong, they asked to come back and bring the tenders with me. I was so angry and hungry, they took up my time and gas. So I drive back and they wanted me to give back the chicken tenders for the bone-in 14 PC which I believe is totally wrong for contamination issues. The 14 PC chicken they gave me was all dried out and I imagine it had been sitting there under the heating lamp for far too long. No apology whatsoever with bad actitudes from the employees, no discount, not anything at all to make up for their mistake and wasting my time and gas. I'm never going there ever again, they need better management. The order of this establishment needs to do something about their business, I see I'm not the only one with a bad review.

We were in the restaurant at 12:41 CT on 5-18-2024. It was a warm day, and we walked into the restaurant and thought the heater was on. The kitchen workers were doing their jobs, but it was hotter in the kitchen as well. They were leaving the drive-thru window open for air to blow in. We tried to ask the cashier if she could open at least one of the doors to let air blow through, but she didn't speak English, so she didn't understand our question. That was another minus for this restaurant. Employees working in America should speak the language here. If I lived in Mexico, I would learn to speak their language.

We luckily had folding fans in our purses to use. Otherwise, we would have gone to another restaurant. Due to the language barrier, I may not go in there again anyway. Plenty of places to eat in this town that there aren't any language barriers. I am very happy to see all young people working and making a living but I hope her english gets better. Please fix the A/C so these young people can be comfortable in their workplace.

4/16/24 11:30 am order a 5 PC meal half classic half spicy w coupon it was to be $11.99 charged $20.01.the spicy was way over cooked dark brown and greasy the classic my friend said didn't taste good.i think it was cooked the night before and reheated 4/17/24. In fryer not the same quality we got on first visit 2/21/24.the biscuits were far from being franchise product.
