Ate here on 9/20/25 at 630. We had a very large group and our poor server was trying his best to accommodate us. Three other waitresses in the kitchen eating and not helping. There were two other tables in the entire restaurant and these waitresses could not be bothered to help Ricardo. Not sure where management was but they need to seriously train their employees that it takes a team. Thank you Ricardo for your hard work with our huge group.

When to this restaurant for the first time and I have to let y’all know! We where greeted ok and sat, waited about 15 min and waiter return to write down what we where drinking, he took about 30 mins to return with drinks at this time we got to order our food which took another 45-1 hr to get. Got the big back the ribs where not bad but macaroni was cold and runny fries where ok besides being a very small portion

SHAME on the management team who exploits these young servers by forcing them to do jobs that aren't theirs! My husband and I came last night and waited quite some time to be sat at a table so we were quite upset to begin with. After some time an employee came and sat us and profusely apologized for the wait and explained that they were left with no host and were doing their very best to keep up the maintenance and service of the restaurant. The food was great, the service was great, however the environment managment has created left a terrible taste in our mouths. We tipped them enough hopefully to compensate for all the work they've done since the restaurant won't.

Food was meh. Brisket was so dry, it was hard to swallow it. Hot link was more. Sausage tasting than a hot link. Pulled pork was mushy. Flavoring was good but the texture of the food was not it.

Went here a few months ago and was very disappointed, wrote a very bad review, left my phone number. Next day manager called me and apologized and ask me to please come back and give him another chance. I have went back twice now and had very good experience both times.

Very poor service. Long wat time to get food for not being busy. Food was cold buy the time we finally got it. Are server was in the kitchen eating while our food was sitting there getting cold. We sat at the bare so we could see what was going on. Kept coming out of the kitchen with a mouth full of food. Very disappointed.

Idk who our server was but we were there 7/27 approx @5pm ish and all I need to say is he needs a RAISE 👏🏻 dude never stopped; very hard working. Very friendly and funny! Food was good, drinks were great. Only problem was that my salad was a little warm. Other than that very place.

I Always look for 3 things when eating out at places. The food service, the person serving me, and cleanliness. My server was Ricardo *Ricky*. My food was Hot and Fresh. He came to check on us multiple times to make sure we were updated on our food which was nice. He went an extra mile. He was on point service. Definitely made my night with my family and to have a waiter so polite and honest. Excellent service and knows how to Up sell. Very Professional! My area was clean and he apologized for any inconvenience. When you have Great People with Energy like him, it keeps the customer coming back. It's the customer service that make the place great! I order the lunch menu hickory griller it was brought to me without sauce , I also ordered me a lil Smokey spud. When the waiter brought me the food he sat it down and walked off. The sandwich had no sauce on it . The potato had no pulled pork on it and the potatoes were obviously on the warmer way to long and dry. I looked for the waiter he told him what was wrong . He said he would give me a discount he took off $1.18 and brought me a plate of cold pulled pork to put on my dry potato. The food and waiter are a joke and I am not returning.
dined in and the server was not paying attention while i was ordering a togo plate and then when i got home the salad was missing the quesadillas so i called to tell them that and whoever picked up the phone said “sorry” and started laughing. i then said “well” and she said “i don’t know much about that.” never dealt with such incompetence

THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE !!! I don’t really leave reviews as it’s not my thing BUT I can’t help but do so this time. Food and service is always great at rib crib but this time was by far best experience I’ve had at ANY restaurant in years. Our waiter, Ricky, was awesome. Without a doubt, Rib Crib has the best staff! Shout out to him, definitely made our day after a long day of work!!
