5th time I've ordered and it's clear the Sonic staff either cannot hear what you're saying through the drive through or completely disregard what you're saying. They misunderstand my orders and when I clearly say "hold on thats not what I wanted" they continue on and leave me out at the drive through unable to complete my order.

Tried to give this location another try but nope! 2 stars only because I like their drinks. Now I know why I stick with the sonic on Jones. This sonic has the worst customer service ? My husband ordered drinks and his voice was groggy because he has a cold coming on and the girl on the speaker must have forgotten we could hear her and she sighed so hard because we had to repeat the order. Then at the window the girl thought it was funny in her smerky way. Just rude and such a horrible way to treat a customer! I definitely won't be back

Ordered a #1 with mustard! I'm in a hurry so I don't start eating my burger until I get out of town open it up and what do you know mayo on it! I hate mayo!The young lady that brought my order was very pleasant no problem there.Not a happy camper here.Burger was even made sloppy.Management is at fault here. It is your job to train your employees how to serve. Last time I looked it's the customer that keeps you in business going.Bad reviews don't help either!
