I went not knowing exactly what I wanted, so I ended up just ordering a simple drink off their menu. The girl who was taking my order was VERY confused on what I was ordering. (It was a simple Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino) she was asking me a hundred question on the speaker not understanding what I was ordering. I kept explained to her that I was just ordering something that I seen on their menu. Once I got to their window, she was still very confused on my order. I had explained to her that on their menu it just says Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino and we went back and forth until I finally said to just make me a Caramel Frappuccino. It was very frustrating.

Came from a long day of work, wanting a simple cold brew coffee. It was awful tasted like cooled down dog water. Service was alright but product needs work. This was not cold brew, very disappointing.

I visit my daughter and grandkids in Garden City, Ks. This particular Starbucks has friendly service. The blond roast was fresh. It was a really good cup of coffee. The only thing that I would add here is it does take awhile to get your coffee. I do however understand that when it’s super busy. Thank you all🤗

Been here multiple times. Drinks have always been good, but service is incredibly slow. Even when there's no other customers around. 30+ minute wait even with ordering ahead on the app
I wish I could give a lower review for the service provided today. I ordered ahead and gave myself at least 10 minutes before I would arrive due to knowing this Starbucks is slow. When I placed the order the time said 10-13 min before ready. I arrived and waited another 30 minutes at least before my drink was ready. The lobby and drive through were both full of people waiting. There were 3 ladies working and it seemed as if only one drink was being made at a time by one person. The other two were just walking around and talking. This is extremely unacceptable. Like I mentioned I know this location already take a long time to make drinks but I have never waited so long in my life.
