needs new management asap! the person in charge doesn't know how to keep items in stock. You can tell the employees havent been trained properly when it comes to customer service. I have never been to a starbucks that lacks customer service skills to the degree that they do. drive through time is so slow, they dont greet you in a timely manner and most of the time you will be waiting in line for over 20 min. staff and management are rude.

horrible customer service. drive through always takes forever and they are always out of everything. wanted a venti drink and of course they didnt have any venti cups. they suggested a trenta and wanted me to pay extra for it when they were the ones out of venti cups. guy on the intercom was rude acting like he couldn't put the dink in a trenta cup and fill it up half way and still charged me for a venti. he was rude and didn't seem to be that bright so i went to the other starbucks were they actually have common sense and know how to give proper customer service. if you dont mind getting out the car for your dinks the starbucks in target is way better. this location is trash

15 to 20 minutes for 2 regular black coffees using drive through. No explanation so I don’t know why it took so long. Only 1 car in front of me and there was no inside business.

I was excited when a location outside of target was opened but after multiple attempts, the service and quality of drinks/food is terrible. They get my order wrong, my frap is watered down and the wait is extremely long even after ordering ahead via the app. I think this place needs better management.

Unfortunately that time hasn't come yet and while waiting here. I could've gone to target Starbucks and ordered at least 10 times (no joke) before my order would be complete here, on the bright side at least it tasted
better today

Every time i’ve come I was hoping I would get a better experience but I have waited in the drive through for 20-30 minutes every single time. Even with pick up. which is not even worth it unless you go inside.
Always short staffed, I’ve waited about 20-30 minutes on a mobile order more than once. They definitely need more training with making drinks, drinks are coming out and do not taste like anything
The older lady is very very rude. She has accused me multiple times of lying about my orders that i order online and have proof of what i paid for, she doesn’t give me my whole order because she says she cant find it…? Whatever that means. She is always complaining about how busy it is

the atmosphere is great and the drinks are okay. first thing is there’s never any cold brew, and second is that one of the workers is incredibly rude and inpatient while trying to order. other than that, it’s alright.

Have been twice to this location, service was poor alotta talking and not making orders. Drinks do not taste like normal Starbucks drinks, they taste like no flavor. Definitely need some better management and training on how to make drinks.
