Food is great. But customer service is not good! The Lady who took my order is not welcoming at all and I felt rushed to tell them my order. The Lady had an attitude. If they don't want to work here then they should find somewhere else and don't bring their personal problems to work!

My son's kryptonite. If we ever need him to get something done, Subway is the one thing. We can bribe him with. My recommendation though, is make sure you use coupons. Kind of expensive otherwise.

Being the only sandwich option in town, they should really have a total of 3 people working during dinner shift to keep the orders from being backed up.

I hardly come to this side of town for lunch , but yesterday I was very pleased with my service, lady I’m thinking the manager was very polite and the place was very clean workers all were polite and with smiles to greet!don’t get that at subway in Walmart, Manager Connie was very helpful and took time to listen what I wanted on my order, definitely a change from other subways in this city! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!

Went into subway today and was attended by Isaiah. He was really nice and polite. I was really impressed with him despite the KAREN of co-worker he had pestering him and raising her voice at him. Doesn't this lady working have any shame getting upset at him in front of customers? That made me very uncomfortable, and I felt bad for him that he has to put up with someone like that. I wish the subway management would read these comments because I am sure that this is the same lady. How could let a Karen like her work and terrorize their employees. Please do something about this lady!
