I've loved Taco John's since the early 1970's, but visiting the Garden City Taco John's requires patience if you choose the drive-thru. Wait times can exceed 7 to 8 minutes. But in my opinion, the food tastes better than the national chain and can be worth the wait... if you're patient.

I just wanted to thank the young gentleman working the afternoon on 09/08 again. He provided great courteous service! Coming from the city you don’t come across people like him very often within the fast food industry. The food was made fresh and was very delicious! Thank you!

I ordered at the drive through, and while my order was made accurately it was very slow. I was the only car there, so it’s not like it was busy. This location is brand new, within a gas station (next to a Cinnabon) so maybe they’re still getting staff trained. Food was good, exactly what you’d expect at a Taco John’s.
