The frostys were fully melted and terrible to eat and the service was lazy and they didn't seem to care if they got fired

I love Wendy's breakfast....But the service is pretty bad, they have an issue listening when you order making you repeat yourself 3 times before they get it right. This morning they forgot the meat in my sandwich....fast food these days is just absolutely terrible because of the people they hire.

Workers don’t know their own menu. Also every single worker crowded around the window when we pulled up to see who ordered. Immediately asks for my card back and refused to take food from this place.

Floors were sticky. We stood there 2 minutes and none of the 6 employees acknowledged us. Finally after we spoke up we were too it would be a minute. Then the manager was more interested in making sure cups and lids were stocked.. We left. Being former Wendy's employees from another town this is unacceptable.

Hateful and rude!!! I wondered why no one was in line for Breakfast, well i found out!! Placed our order, nice total was given, got to the window no greeting was given and no total was given. Was given out drinks and wasn't told which was which and to see if they were marked. Handed our change without a receipt and had to ask for a receipt. Was shorted one straw. Could see worker and manager inside window looking at us even tho we were waving to get their attention. Didn't want to open the window to give us one, so I honked the horn to get their attention. They opened the window did say anything but handed the straw and slammed the window shut. The employees need to be trained in customer service or fired!!

This is disgusting! I was ready to eat my yummy cheeseburger and i pulled it out inly to see there was chicken nuggets. But it dosnt stop there… not only was my order wrong.. its was half eaten !😡🥺

Dirty restaurant, their fountain drinks most of the time don't have the drinks nor ice, take foreeever to get the food out. This place is getting worser by the day

Wasn't much to pick for drinks, one machine was all out of ice and randomly shot out soda without anyone touching it.
We seen a worker and manager come out of the bathroom just to stick finger their ears and noses before handling food (I believe it was a manager because they had a outfit that wasn't the same as everyone one).
They never wear any gloves.
