It's Wendy's, iykyk. But, the server calling names for food pickup was wiping her face and nose, then putting her hands in peoples' bags. No regard for spreading her germs, and yuck.
We had been noticing a difference between the price listed on the menu and the price we were charged at the window for one of our favorite items. Staff in the store were not very helpful, and repeatedly gave us the "sorry, nothing I can do about it" speech. It took a couple of frustrating phone calls, but I eventually was connected to the GM who was very helpful and genuinely seemed willing to look into it.
