I was really surprised with all the options on the menu. I ordered the basic sandwich, but I wish I would have tried something new. BTW, the crinkle fries were really good!

It is clean and a open floor plan. Allows you to see the workers prepare and make orders. Good fast food for the huge variety of foods and products. Only downside is they sometimes run a skeleton crew. For those who don't know its the bare minimum of employees needed for a shift. But skilled workers push it to they're limits. Having a extra person to expidite would have raised my fast food rating to ta solid 5 service. However it is fast food and they're are surrounded by the Corp giants of burgers. But I prefer it over the king and mc ds. Selection selection selection. If you get a wild hair order the meat mountain. It's a secret menu item. And it's epic. Trust me you will take a picture of this monster of a sandwich!!!

I decided to try this Arby's again for the first time in a few years and was a bit disappointed. I had a classic beef and cheese as well as a fish sandwich for their 6.99 combo meal. I had the beef sandwich first and it was not very good. I needed some Arby's sauce to cover it up lol. The fish however was actually really good and I was quite pleased with it. Service was fine and it was pretty fast. Just a bit pricey for the food that I got.

This location in Gardner, KS really is great! I'm experience with them is amazing VS.other locations. We use them weekly commercially and personally. Food is always as expected, and service is above average. Thanks for being awesome!

We were in the literal 20th hour of a 26 hour non-stop half the Country road trip! The person operating the drive-thru kept asking, "Are you ready yet" while we were trying to order. Then said to just pull up to the window. They were standing inside talking until they opened the window to hand us our food and drinks. My cheddar roast beef sandwich was not like any kind of Arbys I've ever seen!

The gentleman that works the window is always so kind and my dogs love his "special" pup cups! My order is always correct and the food is always fresh.
The staff were friendly but the fries were terrible. If I hadn’t just spent 9 hours in the saddle I would have returned them. I was ready for some sleep and that was more important. The sandwiches were fine.
Don’t buy the cheesesteak sandwich. Awful!!
