Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First of all, the tables were dirty and disgusting. Second of all, we ordered a grilled cheese with no steak and emphasized the NO meat part bc I can’t eat meat. They said that was okay and so we sat down. When our food came out, there was no grilled cheese at all and it wasn’t even on the receipt so we had to order it again and we asked again if it was possible to have no meat on it and the worker said it isn’t even made with meat so it was completely fine. It came out and had steak AND tomato spread on it which we specifically said no to as well. So we asked for no meat like four times and they still gave it to us. They all had attitudes as well. Wouldn’t recommend! Go to the one in Olathe if you actually want your order right.

I find it despicable that you make the handicap come inside when ordering online and when going through the drive-thru your employees insist I have to come inside said it is company policy I'm glad to know you discriminate on the handicap and that your employees just hang up on the drive-thru and will not answer it again and forced me to come inside to get my order and would not answer the drive-thru again

Way over seasoned, patties were way over cooked. I was the only car in the drive thru around 6pm and it took them 20 minutes to get me my order. I don't speak for every Freddy's but this one is awful.

Burgers are a little heavy on the salt.
But let's all admit, we come here for the custard and concretes..
The young lady who made my concrete tonight almost messed up and put a cherry on top.. thank goodness I stood there and watched her make it.. I proceeded to clap my hands to alert her that NO Cherry on top.. and I'm sure glad I did because that was probably the best concrete I have had from a Freddy's in along time...

horrible service. Very rude and unprofessional Josh needs to be learn how to treat customers order was wrong didn’t even try to help just put blame on me the customer. Do better

Wow. Mix of emotions here! Their food is AMAZING ✨. But on the other hand, it took 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers. It was very worth it though, and it's not their fault because they had one worker on our food plus other people. That's why I gave service a two-star. If you're patient I would recommend this place.

The food is alright for the most part, but it is very expensive for the amount you get. And the dairy product pricing is pretty insane in itself as well. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the service is pretty quick for the most part. I'd say for guests in the area it's maybe a nice place to try, but only if they just have some extra to spend. I generally never go here personally, but I did try it when it first opened and once or twice with my friends.

I haven’t came in here probably since they opened but i wanted to come back just to compare to culver’s and it was on the way home from work and im very impressed a year ago i was less then satisfied but freddy’s has improved majorly the food was hot and fresh that patty’s were cooked perfect not overdone my burger was neatly put together the young lady at the window tonight was very sweet great customer service overall i’m very happy with my experience tonight and will probably be back.
