The food is alright for the most part, but it is very expensive for the amount you get. And the dairy product pricing is pretty insane in itself as well. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the service is pretty quick for the most part. I'd say for guests in the area it's maybe a nice place to try, but only if they just have some extra to spend. I generally never go here personally, but I did try it when it first opened and once or twice with my friends.

I haven’t came in here probably since they opened but i wanted to come back just to compare to culver’s and it was on the way home from work and im very impressed a year ago i was less then satisfied but freddy’s has improved majorly the food was hot and fresh that patty’s were cooked perfect not overdone my burger was neatly put together the young lady at the window tonight was very sweet great customer service overall i’m very happy with my experience tonight and will probably be back.

Nasty dirty place..food on the floor. Tables not cleaned. Food sucks. Pieces of chicken in with the fries...total waste of $15..I wont be back

So very slow. Waited 10 min in drive thru and only one car in line in front of me. Then pulled around and parked to wait another 10 min. Order was brought to me without Ice cream. He had to come back a third time because fry sauce wasn't in the bag. Only 4 items ordered and sauce was requested when ordering. Friendly service just so slow. This was not my first slow response. Similar experience 3 times (dining in and drive thru). Don't go if you have any time limit. Tenders were hot, tasty and good proportions.

20 minutes waiting for my order of two ice cream items in a cup plus I had to go inside to get my order. Only one person ahead of me in the drive thru., total ineptness. Plus only filled my turtle sundae halful of ice cream. Go to Dairy Queen for better service.
