Taste of coffee? Average. Their specialist coffees like mocha are pretty good but also average. Service is average. Wait times are decent. I think this place has stellar ratings because it’s the only local coffee shop in a small town. Their shop downtown has much better service. The food isnt that great and pretty pricey.

Absolutely enjoyed their signature latte Nuttier the Better so delicious very unique. Also went with their Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake and blueberry bar… overall I would definitely come back for the coffee. Outdoors seating is available.

In our family's humble opinion, this is one of the best coffee houses in the whole Kansas City area! This location is a drive thru only, but their downtown Gardner location has great atmosphere for grabbing drinks and/or food and lounging on their couches or sitting at the tables and hanging out with companions or even just by yourself to read or study.

I have never been inside of Groundhouse but I always have a great experience in the drive thru! Staff is always friendly and quick, drinks always taste great, and the prices are fair. I recommend getting an iced latte with lavender syrup in it, it’s my personal favorite thing they serve!

I have never tasted a coffee I liked.... That is until I was introduced to Groundhouse. I am hooked! Awesome flavor - the drink and the cinnamon rolled are off the chart. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in search of great taste.

My 1st time while visiting, and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Service was bad. Real bad. After yelling at me to get out when I came inside, then Ordered a tallest cold brew with no ice and they filled it up half way. Didn’t tell me they were doing that just handed it to me and closed the window in my face. The rest of my order was thrown together and they couldn’t give a damn. Not impressed. Food and coffee was what I expected but I’ll never go back.
