Fantastic addition to Gardner and glad to see them going strong. We love getting our weekly gallon or two here and it’s less expensive than buying Lipton bottles or other options most places. Quality is always good. It’s fun to splurge every now and then trying some of their flavors - but we watch our sugar so not often. They also serve coffee, which is good quality, but we wish they were a bit faster to make. Owners are great too, really nice folks who hire great young women and men to help run the store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HTeaO Gardner is hands down one of my favorite places. The tea is always fresh, flavorful and perfectly brewed but what really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to be there which makes every visit a great experience. You can tell they care about both the product and the people they serve. If you love great tea and great service, this place is a must!

Love this place!! I live in Texas and have yet to try HTeaO in Texas 😅😅 I visit this location every time I’m in town and it never disappoints. Be sure to try a chocolate cupcake!!!! One of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. Also… I got a picture with Santa!!

So it was good when it opened and now it is not... sloppy watery drinks and what is the deal with the practically frozen cupcakes??? Disappointing!

Very weird interactions with employees. Went through the drive thru. The girl taking our order seemed confused/ didn’t seem to understand. When we got up to the window we asked to have the order repeated just to make sure it was correct. The guy at the window looked at us like we were crazy. Got the order & it was wrong. I went inside to explain we got the wrong order. The girl at the counter cut me off mid sentence + told me I was wrong and needed an upcharge (which I would have paid, I just wanted the correct drink that I ordered?? Like why would that change what I ordered??) I explained my order again. She looked at me and sighed then told someone else to make the correct order. Needless to say, listening to an order and asking questions must be hard lol I’ll just go inside from now on as I didn’t know you could just make your own. I’ll continue to go because the drinks are good but some better customer service is definitely needed.
