Disappointed with our visit. We haven't been in a long time. I was really craving the biscuits and honey. They were not very busy. They completely forgot our order and then didn't give us our complete order. The food was fresh, neither of us got our biscuits. The lady tried to argue that we didn't order somethings and we had to show her the reciept (she had rang us up.) I guess, it is what it is.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! $65 dollars and the chicken was dried out and old. The biscuits could break teeth. NOT edible. This was the second chance we gave the place in two months. Was hoping the first time was just a bad night for them. Nope. All nights seem to be a bad night for them. And we came through at 5:15 thinking fresh chicken and biscuits. Nope. Tasted like they had been sitting there all day. Well the chicken did. The biscuits went into the trash. Over priced and not edible!

I was so excited that Kentucky Fried Chicken was going to try to make a comeback. They're offering 8 piece chicken bucket or strip bucket for free with $15 spent. Now this sounds like a good deal folks but I was so disappointed the food was cold. We elected to get the strips instead of the chicken. If I didn't know better I would say those were the ones that they were getting ready to toss. They tasted lukewarm and like the grease in the fryer was old. YOU could definitely tell they were not fresh in any way. They have to be the smallest strips I've ever seen. The picture that I'm including is actually in one of the single meal boxes and as you can see there was plenty of room in the top. I would have been ashamed if Ihadtoserve that. . I don't often give bad reviews but this deserves worse than bad. (The chicken sandwich that my grandson got was good. ) FYI ...The fries were also cold. I'm sad to say I wouldn't waste my money there.

2nd time trying this place in 2 months. Chicken tenders were dried and nearly as narrow as someones finger. Today the fries were dried out stale and nearly inedible at Noon. Never again. This place has always been inconsistent but the last year plus its downright atrocious.

I hadn’t been to KFC in a while really disappointed in the food quality. The biscuits were so hard that a microwave would even help them chicken taste like it’s been sitting there all day not worth your time and money.

We haven't been here in a year so we figured we would give it another try. Huge mistake. We ordered through the mobile app thinking we could pick it up quickly. The inside was closed so we had to wait in a huge 20 minute line. The food was cold and the drink was watered down. So sad. Definitely learned from our mistake and won't be back.

Terrible! Close early frequently but leave the Taco Bell side of the drive thru open. Took my pick up order placed online, sent confirmation with time it would be ready. Was to be ready at 8:53. They don't close till 9:30. When my husband showed up they said they closed the KFC side early due to staffing issues and had not made the order- BUT THEY TOOK OUR MONEY!! When I called they told me to go on the app and ask for our money back! TERRIBLE!! THANK YOU TO KFC CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TAKING MY CALL AND REFUNDING MY MONEY!

What I have ordered delivery from this location. Both times my food was delivered 30 or more minutes late. When I inquired at the KFC location I was told it was their delivery partner, doordash, fault. When I contacted doordash I was told it was the KFC's fault for delaying the order. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances. They blame their delivery people the delivery people blame the store and nobody will take responsibility for the issues.

Went to KenTacoChicken in Gardner tonite. It was 6:55 pm and they were out of original and had no intention of making more. I was also going to get tacos for the kids. I don't know how this location even stays in business. We ordered the tacos first. Then I tried to order original chicken. She didn't offer to make some if I wanted to wait. They used to do that and I would have. I went rude. I announced "never mind" and spun around and walked out. I can't give stars for the food since I didn't get any. No stars for atmosphere. Zero customers inside or out. They might have more business if they had food. Won't be back anytime soon.

I came in at 6:30 for the Tuesday special 8piece for 10.00...first lady didn't understand me or I couldn't understand her...little English then she said be 30 minutes and I'll get wings if ok...I get this special alot it's 4drums and 4 thighs. I'll wait but not happy and I better not get a wings ...to be continued

Service has gone down hill since new management took over. Food is frequently cold and old on the Taco Bell and the kfc side. They don’t have some things you have at other kfc/Taco Bell’s. And the prices seem higher than other kfc/taco bells. Being generous with the 2 star review because they do at least get the order right.
