Someone standing right by counter at all times to answer questions take an order or simply help with kiosk which no other McDonald’s do. Staff was super friendly and personable. And food was fresh and good!

Not sure her name, but the girl up front wearing the color vests the last couple times I’ve been has been amazing with her super friendly customer service, always positive attitude and is very helpful. Wanted to give her a shout out! It really stuck out. The food and the rest of the staff has been really great too. Highly recommend this location.

Visited for breakfast. The help was great, the restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was done right, but since I was last here, the food has gotten pricey. So, as much as I liked it, a basic breakfast for almost $9 is too expensive for my budget.
Very few employees or poor customer management, wasn't impressed. Left before attempting an order. No employee in sight upon entry, or for about 5 minutes I stood there out of curiosity how long it would actually take to see someone... 4-5 minutes before I saw a face or really heard anyone at all period

Now, on multiple occasions, i have been in the drive-through for over 5 minutes at the speaker ready to order with no one taking my order while multiple cars in the other lane get their orders taken. The only way i can get my order taken now is driving up to the window and saying something to the employees. I have never been one to complain about the McDonald's in Gardner, but recently, the service has been atrocious. I hope they can competently fix their service soon for more than just my sake.
