Ugh. Never again. Mica was the only professional there. And I will never return here. Panda express should have Asians working there. Not that.

Food is usually good, that is if they have it. They run out of food a lot. Also when they run low they try to hid it with other ingredients. Example is when I got noodles, but 80% was cabbage. Or something that's breaded,like meat, turn out to just be clumps of breading. The employees are not so nice, especially if you have questions.

Showed up around 8:15pm on a Saturday night full moon nice weather - Only 2 customers in the building ( senior couple ) and with 6 employees in uniform behind the counter its costing more then $100.00 an hour in operating costs just to keep the door unlocked - Guaranteed that stupid place was making NO MONEY !!!! - And I agree with all the 1 to 2 star reviews too - That location completely sucks !!!

It’s been twice I go to the same location here in Gardner and I find hair in my food! I know the girls who give me the food don’t cooked it but they sure do serve them in our plates!! been times where they hang me my food and they have hair ties around their wrist full of hair so imagine that! So nasty never going back.

I made an order online and I made a mistake I put it for pickup instead of delivery when I called to make the arrangements they didn't help me and I lost the money because when I called the location and they couldn't refund me They gave me a number which they never answer. and the only thing I get in response is that they can't do anything

This was the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. We normally love the food and get a big portion. The chicken was hard, dry and there wasn't as much as expected. They were out of everything. It was just pitiful.

First, we love Panda Express. We have frequented several of them from California to Kansas and were super excited one opened up near us. Second, we came in tonight for dinner and they were telling us about how little food was available so we could only order from approx 6 items, all that had been sitting, as they were in the final hour of closing. I’ve worked service before and I know 9pm means closing at but that does not mean you disrespect your customers so you can leave at 9pm. You serve food until 9pm, not stop serving at 8. She gave us our food and said we close in 20 mins so the dining will be closed. Ok… Third, several people came in after us and they did the same thing, also telling them they couldn’t order food because they were closing. You’re a food establishment! You serve your menu UNTIL 9pm, not stop everything early so you can close and leave at 9pm! Fourth, EVERY single worker was either with a terrible attitude, was on their phone, or rolling eyes/frustrated with THEIR CUSTOMERS because they couldn’t actually order any food while they were still open. These customers ordering food are why you have a pay check. The manager who was closing shop, walked by me several times shouting she was locking up and shook her keys at me as she walked by. Each worker then shouted “I want to go home”. I was in there until 9:02pm… I am absolutely appalled by their behavior and will never be at this establishment ever again. Work in service if you are willing to work and be respectful.
