Ordered through the app and when I got there they said the mobile haven’t been going through ok fine but within a minute a manager comes out and messes with it and gets it going. So was it not going to be resolved until I said something? There was one other person waiting before me and who knows how long he was going to sit there if I didn’t say anything. Took a while to get my food then drove back to work to eat with like 10 mins left just to find hard scraped off the bottom rice bits is what I got… you can see how dry the rice is with all the cracks in them, the whiter spots are the soft rice and the pale parts are the hard dry bits. Lost time for lunch just to get crap rice.

Locking doors before close so can't get food poor services definitely not coming here again people with no vehicle cant go to drive thru

Fifth time ordering and they didn't have anything ready. Every time they give me 10 15 minutes turns out to be 30 minutes before it's cooked. They don't care. I don't want anything free I just want food that I pay for and the time it says it's going to be ready. Can't even do a refund because it was the app and they won't do it. Don't come to this panda.

I walked in to get lunch, they were missing almost all of their food out of the bowls. No one seemed to care about that. They were all just sitting down eating food. Three employees sitting doing nothing.

If I could not put any stars I would. My fiancé waited 30 minutes for someone to bring our order out because they park everybody. He went inside to see why it was taking so long and our food was just sitting there. The manager states that he was oh so sorry , but why is this a recurring issue ? As a manager you would want better for your store but they hire a bunch of lazy employees that don’t care about proper costumer service. Every time we come here the service is absolutely terrible . got the food home and of course it was cold ! Do better.

As I’m sitting here waiting for my food, the amount of time it takes is just unbearable. 20 minutes through the drive through just to be sent to drive thru parking for another 20 minutes as I’m watching other people drive away with there food. After a long day at work this is the last thing I wanted. Sitting here starving. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered an entree plate with chow mein and orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, got home and my chow mein was lettuce only with minimal noodles. I paid $13 for lettuce. Highly disappointed, I should’ve checked my plate before driving off. Terrible.

Didn't like the food much. The fried rice was especially dry and not great. Good service though.

Showed up at 8:14pm drive thru and was greeted with a welcome to panda followed by a list of entrees they would make me none including rice or Beijing beef. How can you be out of rice at 8:15pm you don’t close for another 45 min.

I only do google reviews when it merits it and I wanted to give 5 stars to this location! Most times staff makes all the difference in the world! And I must say that Evie certainly makes the difference at this location! Her smile, politeness, and her effectiveness with which she engages with the customers is certainly contagious! Definitely would nice if I could experience this type of customer service when I shop or eat out all of the time! However, this is why choose this location to dine out! Thank you Evie for a tremendous job done right! ;-)

Order through the app yesterday
I ordered the beef and shrimp add sweet fire chicken with lo mein what I got was all cabbage with maybe 20 noodles in the lo mein no shrimp in the beef and shrimp it was all peppers and pineapple does sweet fire chicken was perfect I got ripped off I made a claim for it and yet have heard nothing back from Panda Express on this have pictures and the place was not busy when I went in there at 1:15

I sat in the Drive-through for 45 minutes waiting for the man in front of me to get his orange chicken and rice. For me to get up to the window and be told that they didn’t have Any white rice or beef and broccoli left. It would not have been a big deal if they would’ve told me that at the Ordering station, but having to wait 45 minutes to be told, they don’t even have what I want to eat it not ok.
