The last several times we’ve ordered pizza from papa John’s it has Ben fast service however the pizza isn’t cooked , raw dough, all the toppings falling off . Unacceptable food quality.

Just an average Papa John's. I've picked up from here a number of times and my order was correct and pizza was good. I gave it 4 stars because one of the days I went to pick up there was only 2 workers and they were swamped. Folks were waiting in the store to get their orders. One could easily complain but I could tell both workers were working efficient and trying their best to keep people happy. They kept a good attitude.

A slightly biased opinion about Papa Johns. Had friends deliver for this company and the food and staff are fantastic.
Unfortunately we have had 3 of the last 4 orders bad quality food Tonight was a 5 topping pizza with some pieces that literally only had a few pieces of green peppers, pieces of cheese sticks with no cheese, and very little filling on the papadia. Sadly this will be our last time ordering

By most Papa Johns restaurant standards, this one really disappoints. Orders have been made wrong in the past and cutting/baking quality is half assed. Go to another Papa Johns if you're hungry

Changing from a 5 to a 2. Busy night of activities for the family put In an order around 6:30 on a Tuesday, it was supposed to be delivered around 7:15 at the latest. At 7:15 we we receive a call saying they are out of dough! Why weren't we notified immediately?! Looking at all the negative reviews and I can immediately tell mgmt/owners don't care. Would have left a 1 but the pizza is good IF you can get it. I am not likely to return.

I ordered a LX New York style pizza that’s supposed to have pepperoni on it and different seasoning on it and opened the box to just a plan large cheese pizza and when I called thinking that I did something wrong when I didn’t and was met with a very rude lady who refused to accept that they were wrong and just make a new pizza for me. Very bad customer service that’s needs to be fixed.
