We had a great experience. Our server, Bailey, was efficient, knowledgeable, and sweet as can B. She handled her section well, making each table feel welcome.

Manager on duty, Alani, was welcoming and kind. Our server, Sophia, was kind, amazing greeting, and amazing service. Family dinner experience was amazing while visiting my parents. Recommend Sophia when you stop in !

From where we were seated, I noticed no gloves or tongs were used when our waitress made our salad. When I asked her about it she said she washed her hands. But I still think she should have had to use gloves or tongs. Our chicken tenders were overcooked.

Had a great waitress and the host was awesome too. Sorry no names remembered. Maybe the staff should design their own name tags, it would be fun for them. Perkins even when they have slow service (rare that it happens) are awesome.

I always feel relaxed and comfortable here.

After getting sat at a table, I went to the bathroom and had two dirty toilets to choose from. After cleaning one to use it, I come back to the table and my husband and I sat for another 5-7 min and still were not greeted. I heard the host tell the server in the kitchen that she got a table and it took her another 5 min to even come out of the kitchen because she said she was making food.
Several servers walked by and no one offered us water or anything. No apologies. Nothing.
So we left. My husband had never been there before and I knew he would have loved the food, too bad the customer service sucked.

Trashy food, not freshly made. Raw hash browns potatoes, fried pickles were just warmed up in microwave and sent via DD. This place horrible and must to be closed. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
