I was treating my daughter and her boyfriend for her 18th birthday. My daughter came in the wrong entrance not knowing. The manager yelled at her because she almost hit a driver. She apologized but the manager continued to yell at her. There are no clearly marked sigh that explain the direction of traffic. The manager made my daughter cry. And the cost of our meal is worth two extra hours at work. I could have made a nice meal at home in a safer environment. As we were eating I heard the manager yelling at the workers and they only make $10.00 per hr. If you're not going to pay them well then at least treat them with respect. Our meal tasted fine but made us nauseated. I will not be returning to this pizza hut.

Wow that's all I can say. I just wasted my money getting one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. I ordered a thin n crispy pizza, but the crust was so hard I literally could have broken my teeth on it. I called and the manager Sandy wanted to try to argue with me saying that that's how thin n crispy pizzas are, wrong. I've gotten many thin n crispy pizzas there before NEVER has the crust been so hard and tough. Not once did I get a "I'm sorry", Never again will I waste money there.

They were very late with finishing my order. I got home and it wasn't even my order. I found the receipt in the box which had another customers name and phone number. I called and spoke to a supervisor. They would not refund my order and they wanted me to drive all the way back to return the pizzas for the other customer. I informed the supervisor that the pizzas had already been in my possession and legally they cannot redistribute them to another customer. She didn't like that. She refused to refund my order. She refused to let me speak to the general manager and hung up on me. My family will never return to this establishment. We used to go here for children's sports event celebrations but that will no longer happen either. It was literally the poorest customer service I have seen in my life. Just so everyone is aware there was not a single teenager in sight. It was all middle aged adults and they couldn't manage the shift

Manager was extremely rude. I rang the bell as I came through drive through, not to rush them but to let them know I was there. She snipping holds her finger up at me like I am bothering her. I explained to her when she came to the window I was not trying to be rude but just let her know I was there as they used to have a sign on the window to ring the bell. She informs me that that was Six months ago so no, and she already saw me. Well excuse me. Get home pizza is Erin. I call and she asks me if want to come to the drive thru so they can drizzle on the pesto sauce that was missing…..? No please remake it. Well than you need to bring the old pizza with you. Ok. When I get there she makes sure I know that she is dumping it in the trash and walks away. Lol. I love this Pizza Hut because the food is good, but the attitudes are ridiculous and unnecessary.

Ordered 1 pizza, wings, and cheese sticks. Pizza had clearly been in an accident and was cold but everything else was good. When I called them about the issues, only asking for the pizza to be refunded with no need fir anything else to be done they refused unless we allowed them to come all the way out to pick up the pizza. I said "so you can just throw it away and waste the food and the poor delivery persons time that he could be making money delivering to someone else?" And she said "yes". I said "forget it because I am not taking time from someone whi makes minimum wage already to come pick up am $11.00 pizza that you are just going to throw away. I will dispute the whole charge with my bank."

Last weekend we went to Pizza Hut for the first time in 8-9 years and we were reminded how they have gone downhill. The menu is on a screen and it changes about every 45 seconds. You can't read it. They do not have a menu you can hold in your hand and read. Take a picture. The 5 booths were up and the main dinning room had all of the chairs on the tables at 2:05 pm. They had 7 employees and plenty of time to sit down at the front counter. The wings were tiny and expensive at $14.48 for 6. I asked for extra cheese "on top" and no extra cheese. Service was good, Sallie checked on us. Paper plates and plastic ware, come on.
Pizza Hut in Gardner Kansas is SUPER BAD. Very bad experience. Over charged, given wrong order, manager was super rude and did not wish to resolve issue. Would not give me district Mgr's Name or a contact number. Service was below zero.

Got pizza from gardner ks. Was excited to try your new pizza the tavern. The pizza came in slices instead of squares like shown also spices were supposed to go all the way to the edges but no each slice only had the spices up quarter of the slice rest had nothing such a disappointment. Pizza hut don't advertise something if your not gonna do it right! ?

We dined in and the people working were awesome! They brought out coloring books and crayons for the kids and we had great service the whole time. The food was delicious and the restrooms clean. I will come back next time we’re in Kansas!
