Food is subpar, to put it mildly. I was overcharged by $2 because the 4” sub & soup of the day were rung in as separate items instead of the combo, so that had to be fixed. The food had a funny taste to it. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for my kid and I was given a cold sandwich- no toast on the bread or melted cheese. I go back to the counter, again, to have the cheese sandwich be an actual grilled cheese and the kid at the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. The snickerdoodle cookie tasted like a plan sugar cookie- no cinnamon or tangy flavor a snickerdoodle should have. I DO NOT recommend Planet Sub.

Alright Ms. Owner. This is the actual person that was in the store puffin on that green vape. You were doing nothing the whole time but giving me dirty looks. You said "please don't do that in the store" so I apologized and said I wouldn't do it again. And then you proceeded to start yelling at me, and I wasn't even inhaling the vape when you started yelling at me. You must live a depressing life, depressing enough to yell at children and threaten to call the cops because I was walking around the complex. Planet Sub isn't the only place around there. I can walk away as I wish without you getting mad. What I do on public property, is absolutely none of your concern.
I'm welcome in that sorry excuse for a sandwich shop, any time I want ma'am, you cannot be there to tell me to get out every day, nor can you really control it. Your employees don't care enough to hand the food out to customers when it's done, they sure won't care about a kid being there. Stay in your lane sandwich lady

the food is gross and the owner is very rude i was sitting in there in my computer doing homework and she yelled at me to leave and told me i was loitering when i was literally doing nothing but my school on my chromebook and the food wasn’t even worth it

I was really looking forward to getting Planet Sub. Upon arrival, there were 5 men sitting having lunch. There was no one at the counter. Waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front. My sandwich was great when I finally got it. However, the pickle I ordered and paid for was rotten. It took more than 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Another gentleman arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before he hit the hand bell to get someone attention. By this time, about 6 more men walked in and were waiting also.
Vegetarian meatball sub is sooo good, and the worker with the white blonde hair was very nice!! Really nice environment in here.

Went here tonight at 7:40 as the hours on Apple Maps said they closed at 9. I’m not from here so I don’t know what time they close so I drove like 20 min to get here. Walk in, lady doesn’t even acknowledge me at first and then I said hi to her she ignored that I said hi and looks so annoyed that she has to work at her job. I asked her a question and she got a dirty look on her face and looked at me like I was stupid. They didn’t have the bread I could have for my stomach issues anyway but I left. It’s okay! I went to Goodcents and they served me with a smile on their face. Thanks Goodcents for the good service. Planet sub wasn’t busy, but I could see why because the woman working literally hates her job.
