I was really looking forward to getting Planet Sub. Upon arrival, there were 5 men sitting having lunch. There was no one at the counter. Waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front. My sandwich was great when I finally got it. However, the pickle I ordered and paid for was rotten. It took more than 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Another gentleman arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before he hit the hand bell to get someone attention. By this time, about 6 more...

this is my second time eating here. half way through my sandwich the tomatoes slid off. no big deal. i like tomatoes i’ll eat them at the end. i finish my sandwich and go to eat the tomato’s. one had the middle basically rotted out. black. the other one looked okay but tasted funny. nobody wants moldy tomato slices on their sandwich. planet sub, please learn to eat fresh.

Food is always great and I've spoken with the owner several times who is very sweet. But it is slow and the service is poor, even when I am the only one in the building food takes a long time and there's often no one waiting at the register when I arrive. Which I can tell is just because they're understaffed. The woman who took my order today seemed very pushy and rude, and gave me attitude about ordering yelled that she couldn't hear me several times which...
