Them guys behind the counter are all over it. Even though the Gardner location does not show up on the order ahead app, the guys make up for it with their speedy service. Food is always hot and accurate and the dining room was clean and the chairs were organized. Don’t see that a lot these days.

I was really looking forward to getting Planet Sub. Upon arrival, there were 5 men sitting having lunch. There was no one at the counter. Waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front. My sandwich was great when I finally got it. However, the pickle I ordered and paid for was rotten. It took more than 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Another gentleman arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before he hit the hand bell to get someone attention. By this time, about 6 more...

this is my second time eating here. half way through my sandwich the tomatoes slid off. no big deal. i like tomatoes i’ll eat them at the end. i finish my sandwich and go to eat the tomato’s. one had the middle basically rotted out. black. the other one looked okay but tasted funny. nobody wants moldy tomato slices on their sandwich. planet sub, please learn to eat fresh.
