Ordered 3 drinks and 3 cinnamon rolls. Didn't get my whole order despite being told "have a good day" as if it was done by 2 workers. I asked is that my whole order? Both of them said yes. I drove all the way home to find that they did not give me my whole order. I called the number listed 3 times just now and it was rejected or stopped. There are currently 6 people in there working. This was at 8:15am on Thurs, Sept 19th. I could have spent my $35 anywhere else. There is a reason I have been avoiding Scooters. It used to be a 10! But the last time I went they also messed up my drink, as well as over charged me for a drink I didn't ask for. Then acted ridiculous that I wanted my cash refund back rather than letting them hand write my name on some note saying they owe me a free drink. I will never ever go back after this. You've had too many chances and failed. Thanks for stealing from me in a time when people can barely afford to splurge for their family.

Had two drinks ordered, both did not look like the picture/ as advertised. Sad looking drinks with barely any whipping cream even though they just handed it to me so it wasn't already melted or anything. Did Taste good though. Still rather go to other scooters that care more.

Totally messed my order up. Chai taste like hot sugar water and mini donut were still frozen basically or really really cold. I go here often but today was the last day.

Starbucks had its era, but it's getting a bit tired. Scooters is a refreshing change. I like the drive-thru when they tell you to "scoot on up". The staff always seems to be in a good mood. They also give my dogs puppy cups and a bit of attention. They're growing so fast for obvious reasons. Give them a try.
