This could be the worst Subway in the United States. Every single time we go they are out of something. Never been to a subway that couldn’t even have white bread ready or close to being ready. Rude staff and place is dirty. I won’t ever go back to this place again.

The two people that were working last night were awful. We pulled in to eat around 9:00 pm last night and could see one guy smack his hands together and mouth/ say something that seemed derogatory to his other coworker. Looked like he was mad we were pulling in to eat. There was no one else there eating. When we came into the doors we asked if they were open until 10 pm as it said. They said yes and the other coworker- girl- asked if we were planning to eat in here. I was confused and asked why. She said she was planning to mop soon and was sure we didn’t want to be around that. They were both very rude … the 3 of us left and won’t be back.

So At least at this location , and at least with these workers , i'm the first person ever to ask for a meatball wrap, i'm like now.I'm trying to make a food truck with this.Make all types of raps , you know , the play anything in a rap and having a food truck ready to go , you just make it a sealed wrap. Nice helpful staff, help me make my off menu item.Thank you

There has been 1 poor employee during the dinner rush the past 3 times I went here. After waiting over 25 minutes for an online order and having it not even started I asked her to cancel the order. This order still hasn't been canceled. She likely forgot as there were 4 drive thru and 2 other mobile orders in front of me still as well as a long line of physical customers. I do not blame this employee. I blame the management that has left this store the way. Disgraceful and embarrassing. No one should ever have to work like that for minimum wage, for people that clearly do not care about them or the store that pays them to clearly do nothing.

Every Subway has asked me what I wanted on my sandwich except this location. The food was average but the line inside was long and slow moving. Drive through orders got priority. Don’t enter from Santa Fe unless you want curb rash on your tires and wheels. I’ve never seen an entrance like this.

0 OUT OF 0 would go back horrible rude staff and they did not even get my order right when i called them they said we gave you what you asked for cant help you. i don't usually complain i just keep the food and move along but there was barely even any food to the sandwich.

Owner has decided to stop honoring the coupons you get in the mail, except for about six subs. Will never stop there again. The subway at 151 st and ridgeview still takes coupons. The staff said the owner didn't think he was making enough money

Rubbish restaurant. I had diarrhea after eating there. The food is unhygienic and the staff has a bad attitude. 👎This kind of restaurant should have been closed long ago.

Unable to order sandwiches on line so we went into the store. Both servers ignored our request for assistance so we left.

We we're unable to place our order online to recieve the discounts. After 20 minutes we gave up and left.
We picked up 3 subs. They were cooked the way we wanted them. The ingredients seemed fresh. The employees were friendly and were professional. They were also quick at making the sandwiches.

From the moment my husband and I walked in, the staff looked at us and didn't say one word. Very awkward. For some reason, they have their meats and cheeses covered so you cannot see what they're making and pulling out for your sandwich, if we could've seen what they were pulling from then we could have modified our order but I had no idea how the sandwich was being assembled which is what most people like to see about the "making" of their Subway sandwich.
Staff seems stressed out due to online orders, which was prioritized before a dine in customer. I recommend hiring more staff to ensure the best service online and in person so no one is standing around wondering what's going on.
My husband said that his sandwich tasted sour and mine was a little bit skimpy compared to some subways I've been to.
Restaurant was very clean though
