If I'm being completely honest, it was just OK. Expected more out of the Brisket based on the reviews, but it was quite dry and on the verge of over-cooked. The bark was flavorful, so I know it has the potential to be good, maybe it was just an off day...
I do not recommend the ribs, especially for the price. They had a significant amount of fat and were very dry.
The sausage was nothing special, but not bad, either.
Mac & Cheese was good, Banana Pudding was pretty...
My husband and I own a food truck called All Things Bun and we had the pleasure today of being able to set up next to this amazing business. I ordered a brisket sandwich and OH MY GOD..IT WAS DELICIOUS..CHEF'S KISS!! ON TOP OF THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER! Thank you for making our 1st experience with you one to remember.
