Lately they have really bad hamburgers. Way over cooked and burnt.

Have loved the Tumbleweed for years! Had 10 family members on a Friday night and they did an amazing job of taking care of us.

The food here was great. My burger was cooked just the way I like it. The fried pepper jack cheese was great, as were the fried pickles. Our server was in an arm sling with one arm working, and he still did an amazing job and had a smile on his face. I will be returning here.

Watched the Chiefs game over breakfast. I had heard their brunch was amazing so I was so excited. The service was excellent. The buffet was below average. Biscuits from Sam’s club, gravy was good but the rest was disappointing. I wish I had ordered from the menu which seemed to have higher quality food.

Food was terrible. Grilled chicken had no flavor and was very chewy. 3/6 of us didn't even eat our meal.

Consistent place to get a good lunch in Gardner. We really like taco Thursday.

Always a great time, my daughter and I ate there for lunch. Not very busy, so it was nice.

Service is EXTREMELY slow - must re-request items and wait to see if you receive them. Wait staff is pitiful, no consistency at all.Food is marginal at best and quite expensive (nachos are $11.99). Drinks are absolutely terrible unless they are pre-packaged. Bar does not know drink recipes beyond a margarita, simple shots, and Hawaiian punch (I watched someone order a whiskey sour and they had never heard of it).Bar fights break out here often and it is fairly routine for the Gardner PD to patrol the area as they have been called to the location on several occasions. One night even included an ambulance (violent fight).Redeeming qualities: Darts, pool table, karaoke (after 9 PM on the weekends). Can accommodate larger parties (8-10 at one table). Bouncer on premises. Bartender is very friendly. Open late on the weekends. One large, open room.Cons:You have a 50/50 shot of getting cooked chicken. My breaded chicken sandwich was done on the edges, but inside was still cold and very pink - clearly raw. A great opportunity for salmonella. Eat at your own risk!It doesn't always feel safe at Tumbleweed. Sometimes you can walk in and feel the tenseness in the air and within a few minutes a large brawl as broken out - a knock down drag out, once a knife was presented. Has commonly been nicknamed "The Stab and Shoot." If you're the DD, it might be a good idea to pack a little something on your side, you know, just in case.
