Had a bunch of teenagers who couldn't even use the ice cream machine and ended up wearing more than the cup held. One of their mother was the manager and all they did was holler and cuss.... it was a bar like atmosphere. And the food sucked not sure what was worse!!!

I had good experience at this location. Quality of food has improved significantly since the new management has taken over. Food was warm, fresh and correctly cooked. Will be returning to this DQ location.

This evening the drive thru had two cars in front of me. My mom and I waited 6 minutes to wait for our order to be taken. We could see the worker lady at the window was throwing her hands in the air and appeared to be yelling. Finally taking our order and moving forward (the other vehicles were gone) we waited at the window where we could see the employees in a disagreement. Counters were filthy, one employee was leaning on front counter playing on her phone. We received our food, burger, fries were cold. Soft drinks were fine.

Orderd a combo meal. Burger, fries and a drink. Comes with med. fry and drink. Also ordered a large cheese curds. In short I didn't get frys and was charged $1.99 for the drink extra. I ask why no frys and charge on drink. I was told I had ordered the large combo. No. I didn't. But still no fries. I ordered the curds separately. Asked the person why if I ordered the large, am I standing here holding a medium glass. Paid for a large fry and large glass I never got. Will never darken their store again. Hamburger was nothing but a soggy mess anyway.
