This location gets 1 star, when I specifically asked the cashier what was on the Bacon Ranch Burger and their answer is "It's just ranch and cheese" dear lord explain why I opened my sandwich to find it smothered in BBQ sauce. The order before me was 2 Burgers one no onion and one with cheese curds instead of fries. They both got cheese curds and both of them had onions.

Ordered a strawberry sundae a strawberry shake a heath blizzard a Butterfinger blizzard. Got my strawberry shake Heath blizzard and Butterfinger blizzard, but after 10 minutes of waiting had to go back up to the counter and ask for my strawberry sundae.
The crew (besides the head manager) is awesome! I've heard the manager has fired people recently with no explanation as to why, bans ex employees and threatens them with police if they come back to that store over petty things. Not a place I suggest anybody work. Until that manager works at least. Also I have been told the manager tells the employees to fill out online CUSTOMER surveys to boost the stores ratings and that get a "free dilly bar" for doing so. I'm sorry, I think those surveys should be for customers to do, not the employees for ratings. Besides the manager, the rest of the crew is awesome! Hate to be this way, but until that manager is gone, I don't think I'll be returning to this DQ.
