Ordered a strawberry sundae a strawberry shake a heath blizzard a Butterfinger blizzard. Got my strawberry shake Heath blizzard and Butterfinger blizzard, but after 10 minutes of waiting had to go back up to the counter and ask for my strawberry sundae.

The crew (besides the head manager) is awesome! I've heard the manager has fired people recently with no explanation as to why, bans ex employees and threatens them with police if they come back to that store over petty things. Not a place I suggest anybody work. Until that manager works at least. Also I have been told the manager tells the employees to fill out online CUSTOMER surveys to boost the stores ratings and that get a "free dilly bar" for doing so. I'm sorry, I think those surveys should be for customers to do, not the employees for ratings. Besides the manager, the rest of the crew is awesome! Hate to be this way, but until that manager is gone, I don't think I'll be returning to this DQ.

We showed up at 9:30, sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes and nothing. Drive up to the window where 2 boys went to the back and one left trying not to make eye contact. Knocked on the window, the kid acted like it was his first day and didn't know if they were open or not. He said I don't know what I should do? I said get someone in charge we are hungry. The other boy comes and says he is open but not open because the cooks are cleaning trying to leave. Boy then get irritated that we tell him we want 4 malts then. Um sign says open til 10, so ? stay open.

I'm an idiot and ordered food from the wrong Dairy Queen and all I had to do was call them and they gave me a full refund. They were so understanding.

Was rude. Gave less than half full ranch cup. Mad eke pull forward but took all the other cars orders. One of the female employees was giving nasty looks to my friend and i the whole time. you guys suck.
Terrible visit- kid who took order- had no idea. Example Wanted kids meal he gave us the $7 meal deal. Had to correct him many times throughout the order. Food order came out quickly but none of the ice cream treats. After 15 min I questioned why we hadn’t gotten our ice cream. The young lady started screaming that she was making them for drive through orders, but three people 10 people in the restaurant were served before us….after 24 min wait doe ice cream we get to the car and ice cream orders were wrong! Very disappointed in the quality of work from these workers!!

I used love this place over the other options in Garnett, but after changing hands several years ago the quality and service have gone down hill severely. Honestly its sad I'm lactose intolerant and every time I order any menu item without it they just smother the it in cheese. I'm just sad to see this they do have some really great employees but I can get cold fries and the wrong burger anywhere else in town. Update still even with an app order specifically excluding cheese on my burger, it's covered might even be extra it's terrible. So if you want a 12 dollar per person meal the only guarantee is it will be wrong.
