I have never in my life experienced such appalling customer service as I did at Sandra’s Quick Stop. The level of disrespect and outright mistreatment I endured from an employee named Beth Feathers was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I interacted with her, she made it a point to demean me, insult my weight, question my integrity, and even mock my religion—completely crossing every possible line of professionalism and human decency.
Beth wasn’t just rude—she was belligerent, condescending, and completely out of control. Instead of providing even the bare minimum level of respect a customer deserves, she chose to talk down to me, make threats, and spew negativity on behalf of her own manager. If this is the kind of behavior Sandra’s Quick Stop condones, then it speaks volumes about their values as a business.
No one should ever have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially not from an employee representing a place that relies on customers to stay in business. Until major changes are made—including holding employees like Beth Feathers accountable—I will never set foot in this store again, and I highly advise others to do the same. I should not have to walk into a business to purchase items and walk out filing a police report due to the belligerent and disrespectful ways of this employee or any employee for that matter
Shame on this establishment for allowing such blatant mistreatment and abuse of customers.

I called about the keto friendly pizza, the guy didn’t know what it was said he’s been there 7 months and never heard of it. He asked what it was and I explained and he said something that I didn’t hear and I asked him what’d you say? He responded what’d you say? With a very bad attitude he was very rude and not knowledgeable at all. This is a place I will never to to if there staff is going to treat people like sh*t, and if there staff can’t even learn the menu in 7 months.
This place has tiny bathrooms. That's cozy, using real estate lingo. They have good Farmers coffee, for a low price. I used to like this place, but twice, over the years, they've double charged my card and I had to have the bank deal with it, both times, because they denied that that happened. Unless I'm in a bind, I'm holding out for QT in Olathe, Love's in Ottawa or Conoco in Iola, depending on my direction of travel.
