I placed an order. They made it perfect but forgot the burger patty. When I called they were polite and respectful. I came back to get a replacement and it was made perfectly with a patty. They were still very polite and respectful when I returned and quick on getting it served.

Employees taking orders just hours before they close act like they don't want to help anyone and just seem careless. The sad part about having kids who just want the money working for you. It's been this way a long time in this town. I think the owner should really step up and fix the problems before it's to late and no one wants too eat there.

Trevor black just standing around the workers on Tuesday July 1st at 8 pm were messing around and throwing things at each other and took 45 minutes to get 2 drinks and a order of mozzarella sticks out they were playing around and not doing their jobs forgot stuff too

Went for dinner after the promotion at the school. Car hop came out, handed us our food and walked away. No name, no reading off what we ordered, NOTHING. She was very, very rude. Happened about 8pm on 5-12-25.

Wanted a double cheeseburger with mayo and hickory sauce but was told no that they didn't carry hickory sauce anymore , ok so asked for mayo and BBQ sauce, again no can't do that , only choices I had was ketchup or mustard. So I made the choice to leave

So I will start by saying ny car hop was super sweet and did great. But whoever was cooking they gave me chili cheese tots instead of fries, no fork and gave me cheese sauce instead of the groovy sauce I asked for. So either they did this on purpose or whoever was cooking cannot read. How do you confuse tots and fries and cheese sauce with groovy sauce? Like come on I just wanted certain things before work. But at least the food was hot and and alright. Just wish my order was right and that I had a fork so I could actually eat my food

Lazy, rude staff. I could say other words too.. The man (big guy with unique* tattoos up his right arm) was taking our order of milkshakes until the employee noticed my wife was latina.. “sorry we threw all the ice cream away” as he laughed with the other employees. When he brought our pretzel out, he stared at her the entire time he walked to our car. What a sad world we live in where employees won’t fulfill their jobs because there are people that don’t look like them. Hopefully one day he makes enough money to travel and see something other than the Sonic parking lot. ❤️
