I ordered a route 44 Dr Pepper, the new orange cloudsicle slush and Oreo cheesecake sundae. We waited 25 minutes and the car hop starts to hand me my ice cream and orange slush and I ask her what’s wrong with it and she said it set out for too long. She then apologized and told me it was the 5th time tonight she had to bring items in as they make them ahead and it melts as it takes to long to get our orders out. The two car hops were busy but the other people were standing around talking and laughing. If orders were ready to go out they should have helped those two car hops. My ice cream was not cold and service was slow. Icecream sitting out that long can make people sick not to mention it’s just liquid and not what we paid for.

I ordered a sonic cheeseburger meal and got a pulled pork barbecue burger instead. Then when I went to get the right Burger all I got was the burger you would thank they would have gave me a whole meal for the inconvenience.

Every single time I come to this location my order is all ways messed up how do u mess up on a ketchup only burger 90 percent of the time today I called up to let them know. That they messed my order up again for the hundred time in the past 2 years the manger usely tells me they can't take the food back cuz it's wast the manger on staff today popped in attitude at me and pretty much told me to stop calling when they messaged me order up and he was flat out rude about it and proceeded to say he couldn't do anything for me to fix the issue. I'm starting to feel like it's personal at this point. Probably going to discontinue going to this location.

I don't normally do this but I'm just completely baffled. First we ordered and the girl taking our order was calling my Husband Ma'am. They had us confirm our order, A double Quarter Pound Cheese off the 2,3,4 menu as well as a plain sausage burrito with tater tots added into the Burrito. Everything on the screen was correct and she read everything back correctly. My husband was pretty upset he was being called ma'am so he called her sir at the end. Never suggest a gender over a speaker (speaking from personal experience). I received a Supreme burrito loaded with way too many Jalapeños and a chicken slide. The manager Trevor was very kind but as I got further through the food I didn't order I realized it's completely inedible. Check your bags before you leave especially if you have had a complaint before you leave. The manager took care of it but way disappointed. I have pictures but Google won't let me post them.

I work at a sonic in dewey Oklahoma. All tje times I've been jere I've sat for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for 2 to 3 items, in that amount of time I would of had 4 to 5 orders out. I'm very disappointed and very dissatisfied
