Tonight, Thursday, December 4 I was traveling back from Chanute Kansas to Pittsburg Kansas, and decided to get an order to go. I was really craving the fillet Mignon, but who really gets a fillet in a to go box? Me, yes me I ordered it, medium, side of sweet potatoes they were roasted and a side salad.
The steak was cooked to perfection and as always has the best flavor even in a box. I had not had the sweet potatoes before roasted sweet potatoes before and they were very, very good and the ranch dressing was wonderful. I had not had before either. So five stars all the way

Again we were blown away! We have been to your wonderful restaurant many times and you do not disappoint. The thing I like most about coming to Bushel & a Peck is that it’s always an experience and never quite the same as the time before. Your food is exceptional!
The goat cheese salad with grapes and crostini was delish and so was the manicotti & stuffed peppers. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Thank you again for all you do to make this such a special place to eat!

We took an out of state friend here for our first visit & were not disappointed! We received a warm welcome upon entering and taken to our ready-for-us table. We started with a couple glasses of wine & the bruschetta which had tomatoes that tasted like they came out of the garden that day and were the star of the dish. The main courses were phenomenal and huge! If you leave hungry it's your own fault! Clearly the owners have dedicated themselves to quality and community. We were very well taken care of & will definitely return to try their other menus!

Finally made it over to Bushel & a Peck for lunch and it did not disappoint! I loved the unique menu options but the food was incredible and so fresh! We will definitely be back!
We had a chicken cutlet on a hoagie roll with arugula, hoagie mayo, and provolone with a sour potato salad as well as a turkey sandwich with goat cheese, arugula & cherry balsamic spread on sourdough with home made chips and a dill pickle Cole slaw. Carrot cake “donut” for dessert.
It was incredible! Already planning my next trip. 🙃

We ate there last Friday. Everything was delicious! I had Blackened Shrimp and grits, while my husband had a barbecue platter and a craft cocktail. Generous portions of comfort food, elevated!!!
