The food tastes good but the last 2 times I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger they didn't put any bacon on it.

I went to get a meal for my husband, the meal my husband wanted, the lady on the board I believe her name was Kara, kept telling me that they didn't have his chicken dinner meal. My brother said that's impossible because he got one last week. She also said they were completely out of gravy. So I just got him the chicken finger meal. Also sonics new crinkle fries so far I have thrown up every time I have eaten them. The wait was too long. So I'm waiting and then the food finally comes out, my car hop Lauren, didn't smile didn't make eye contact just gave me the food and receipt then walked away. The workers there couldn't be more bland and rude.
All I went for is some mozzarella sticks, cause that's what baby boy wanted.

This is one of the best sonics i have ever been to. The food is always hot, the service is always fast, and the employees are always friendly.
The workers are really nice and the service is great but that was the only thing I was impressed with. The food is way overpriced for fast food and it didn't really taste good either!

We were driving through Girard, KS & needed something to eat. It looked like our choice was Subway or Sonic. I wanted something warm to eat..for no warmer than the food was I might as well went to Subway.I ordered a large fry, got half a large container & was to cold to eat. I ordered a hamburger the menu says it's $3.59, but I was charged $5.49. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, the manager said their prices went up but aren't reflected on their boards yet! I told her the cheeseburger was $5.49 & she said they are the same price, they don't charge extra for the cheese.Well, Sonic, you need to change your prices on your menu boards to match what you're charging. Make sure your food is up to temp & train your managers to be courteous to the customers. After all, we are what keeps your business going
