Takes 3 employees and 28 minutes to make one sandwich. Took 1 woman 8 minutes to make my sandwich, took another guy to give my food to another customer, then took another 10 minutes to build another sandwich while the third employee, presumably the manager enjoyed micromanaging and trying to look cute. They should be embarrassed.

This store starts cleaning early and dumps the tea before they check to see if the quick shop has any left. btw, quick shop doesnt keep track of the tea being out until a customer tells them. at that point theres no point.. i quit ordering on the app because of this. you are not getting what you are paying for. they also dont tell you at the counter they are out until youve paid. oh, when you order a burger please be clear when you say instead of ketchup or mustard use mayo, also say i would also like to keep the lettuce tomato onion and pickle. because these kids dont know the diff.

They won't hand you your food at the drive through if you order through a food delivery/pickup service. Hard to do with multiple kids in the car and they refuse to help as they value their policies more than customer service. They handed the food to me inside and as I walked away they said they were reporting me for something. Not a cool place.
Thursday, June 6, 2024 Horrible drive thru experience at this location. I thought they were having technical issues with their microphone/speaker system for the drive thru, as I was having a hard time hearing the female employee taking my order. Which caused me to think she couldn’t hear me either. So I raised my voice hoping to fix the technical issue I thought was occurring. But they actually had a soft spoken trainee taking orders, which was not announced beforehand. So I got told off/lectured by another employee for raising my voice. I tried to apologize and reason with the woman chewing me out for raise my voice, but she kept cutting off my sentences. She was unprofessional and unreasonable, not willing accept any kind of explanation or apology.
I am a customer in the drive thru, I don’t know the actual issue until I’m told!!! And apparently the employees here either don’t care or don’t think about what’s occurring from their customers perspective. Since one of the employee would rather rudely lecture their customer instead of understanding the issue.
You can’t get Diet Dr Pepper from the drive thru. They claim to have Diet Dr Pepper, but every time I order it becomes Diet Coke which is not acceptable.
Super slow and rude old lady working. One girl is doing all the work.

After the lady at the register took the order of the guy in front of me, she walked off, completely ignoring I was there, to go chit-chat with other employees. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment form Any staff. I left to get food at a more reliable restaurant in town, I will not be back!
