Dont place and order here online. My order said ready at 7:13. Get there at 7:23 and was told they dont make the food until you arrive so it would be several mintues. Why have online ordering available if food isn't made until you arrive? Now im out money, breakfast amd late to work becuase of this. Thanks alot burger king. Never again!!!!

I did give a high star rating the food was great but we had to wait a long time for the food. This was not because of the staff there was just an extremely large amount of people coming for food at the same time. Food preparation was excellent both visually and the taste. Extremely surprising when I pulled up and realized that the Burger King was located at a gas station I had low expectations. I will definitely be visiting again hopefully there was less traffic at my next visit.

The food was ok but the drive through service was very off-putting. The woman who took my order either could not hear me well or was heavily distracted by something. She spoke in a very confusing manor and with a judgy and upset attitude. She also commented on what I ordered in a very unprofessional way.

Burger King needs a serious tune-up. Service was painfully slow—employees stood around staring at the receipt, asking each other what’s in the order like it was some kind of riddle instead of a burger and fries. If they can’t read the receipt or communicate, no wonder it takes forever to get food. Do yourself a favor: run away.

Don't go here if you want fast food. Ordered in the app before our bus ever arrived. Waited in line for at least ten minutes. Students all picked up stuff in the store and the bus was ready to go so I had to just walk away with no food.

Hopefully corporate monitors this. There's one person working. Crazy to me in this day and age Burger King can't do better for this person. CEO needs to roll up their sleeves and help out. This is a failing of upper management, not the people of this store.
Give Annette a raise, better schedule and the same benefits that people that never step foot into an actual BK get.

The staff were rude about a simple misunderstanding and didn't want to remake the order.
