If you order through the app they will just send you to wait in a stall. Then you get the privilege of watching 6 cars that ordered behind you get their food.

I mobile order to get in and out, but every time I get left waiting no less every single car behind could me get in and out 2x. Then hand me some other person's order. Worst McDonald's ever.

These kids that run this McDonald’s when the GM is not there are always working hard. They are absolutely amazing and incredible young men and women! I am so proud they are running our McDonald’s! Keep up the great job and wonderful attitude ladies and gentlemen! So proud of you guys, as I have watched many of you grow in your community and jobs!

Wrong order yet again. We’ve lived in Goddard for 21 years and have driven through at least 1000 times. I bet 4 out of 10 times there is something wrong with the order. We just live with it. But no more. Ordered sausage egg cheese bagel received bacon. And please be consistent on how to make coffees. Iced mochas have cream according to the app.

The workers there were obviously more focused on giving their friend free drinks than actually taking care of the customers in the store. I ordered 1 singular Large Carmel Frappe and it took almost 20 minutes. When I finally went up and brought it to their attention one of the workers said, “I don’t even know what that is.”
The drink was barely even cold and tasted just like creamer and sugar there was absolutely no little chunks of ice in it at all.

This store sneaks up charges on people. I just purchased food for me and four of my family members. They took my order at the window and on the screen, it said medium drinks. We get to the window and we are given five large drinks. Also had to request a drink tray, why don’t they just assume to give people drink trays?!? Where is the common sense. After we received our drinks, we were asked to pull around the front of the building to wait on our food. There were three cars waiting in stalls and one car parked infront of the pick up window. Not only was I asked to wait, but four other people were waiting for their food. I just think it’s ridiculous how poorly ran this Mcdonald’s is in Goddard. Once we were given our food, a young man with NO customer service experience gave us our food. I said “Thank you” and received no word back. I mean seriously, who is raising and teaching these kids how to interact with other people?!?

If I have more than 1 drink ordered, then give me a drink tray!!!!! OBVIOUSLY I can’t hold more than two drinks if I’m alone!!!!

The Morning Manager of this location is absolutely the worst!! Yelling at the kids working where the whole store can hear her is disgusting!! Needs Terminated asap! Can't get orders right,and yelling at teens where every customer can here is degrading and immature! Fire Her Now

My wife went to order a mcdouble meal the kid asked what a mcdouble is after arguing with her. This man put two patties on a bun forgot the fries with the meal forgot the 4pc that goes with the meal forgot the bbq sauce forget straws man didnt get one thing right on the whole dam order INSANE kid was prob stoned out of his mind get new help holy cow

We didn’t get drink cups and had to ask for them when they brought our food. The quarter pounders were sad, hardly any sauce and 1 piece of cheese not even on the burger right. According to the menu they should have 2 slices of cheese. I had to add ketchup and the bun tasted burnt. The fry’s were over done. They staff carried on in the back like they were at some party, one worker was too occupied with other workers in the lobby. One guy was raising his voice to another employee. They turned the music up louder while I was there like it was their favorite song. A customer came in and ordered on the kiosks and yelled to the back at another employee.

Are cowboy hats part of the uniform now? Was odd to see 3 different guys in them.

A very sad experience for us.

stopped on our way home from a medical appointment. Could hear people in kitchen yelling at other staff throughout the building. Young man at the register was to busy talking to his friend (another employee) to take our order. We waited a few minutes and finally got service. Our food was not good. Fries were cold, nuggets hard and dry and my husband's quarter pounder was sloppy and just thrown in box. My chick sandwich was dry and almost burned. Never eating there again!
