We didn’t get drink cups and had to ask for them when they brought our food. The quarter pounders were sad, hardly any sauce and 1 piece of cheese not even on the burger right. According to the menu they should have 2 slices of cheese. I had to add ketchup and the bun tasted burnt. The fry’s were over done. They staff carried on in the back like they were at some party, one worker was too occupied with other workers in the lobby. One guy was raising his voice to another employee. They turned the music up louder while I was there like it was their favorite song. A customer came in and ordered on the kiosks and yelled to the back at another employee.
Are cowboy hats part of the uniform now? Was odd to see 3 different guys in them.

stopped on our way home from a medical appointment. Could hear people in kitchen yelling at other staff throughout the building. Young man at the register was to busy talking to his friend (another employee) to take our order. We waited a few minutes and finally got service. Our food was not good. Fries were cold, nuggets hard and dry and my husband's quarter pounder was sloppy and just thrown in box. My chick sandwich was dry and almost burned. Never eating there again!

This McDonalds is the worst at not giving you everything you order in the bag! I always have to check my order and it is always missing something! They give you half a container of fries and they are cold and just throw in the bag and spilled into the bottom.

Tried to order in drive thru and no one answered the inside line. Then someone pulls into the outside line after I sat in line for 3 minutes in silence and gets served immediately. After they pull forward someone asks me the intro line they use I answer and then they go silent for another 2 minutes. Then a new person did the same intro line to me I order and through my whole ordering process they are Meowing over the mic getting progressively louder while interrupting me. Just to pull forward an empty line still and have to park in a spot to wait on my food.

Worst customer service EVER!!! A woman missing several teeth (sorry) was working the window on 12/3/24 was hands down the worst of the worst. She was angry with me for not wanting the drink tray, she literally threw it and began throwing a fit. Now, everyone in Goddard deals with the subpar food due to the lack of options, but Employees throwing things is a new low.
This is a McDouble apparently, I think there’s more sauce then anything. Either way this McDonald’s sucks all the time.

Ordered food at 7:15. 2 quarter pounders and a Big Mac. I was ordered to pull into stall 4, and after 25 minutes, the food is still not here. I have sat and watched 14 cars over this time in stalls 1, 2, and 3 all receive their food, but not mine. Had to call and see what was taking so long, and they told us that it was joining right out. That was at 7:42. It’s currently 7:48.
