I ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza, I was told medium isn't available.
so i paid for a large.($29)
they delivered a medium!
Driver had it slide off the seat or dropped it on purpose. it was smashed against one side of the box.
Stay away from fast food places out here,

Usually a good experience but they neglected to put all the toppings on my wife's taco pizza. We called to have it redone and when she showed up nobody knew what she was talking about (the girl that answered the phone must not have relayed to anyone that it needed to be remade) and the manager said there was nothing wrong with it, even though it clearly says onions, tomatoes, and lettuce, in addition to the beef and bean sauce on our original order. Disappointing to say the least. They did finally remake the pizza but we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again since it doesn't seem anyone there cares about the customer experience or satisfaction.

This entire order was wrong and I called the store. The lady I spoke with said I would have a credit for my order on my account within 24hrs. Today I called the store to confirm my credit and the attending manager said I'd have to use the app to order but my credit will be reflected on my next order. So, I tried to use said credit and low and behold "they can't find said credit" then it switched to its only $20. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had at any pizza hut by far and a huge waste of money.
It was the lunch hour and there may have been one other customer in the building. The area was fairly clean( only a few small crumbs on the floor from a previous customer. I do wish they had a buffet or teacher discounts. I would visit more often. Super friendly and helpful staff!

I went into the store to order a pizza to be delivered to my dad at 4:45. I received a text at 5:00 saying my pizza was being made. I called at 5:15 and was told that the Doordash driver had not arrived yet. I was NEVER told when ordering that it would be a Doordash delivery. Hindsight I should have asked when I paid why a medium pizza was 26.00 but thought maybe it was due to the extra meat I had put on it. Next problem why was my pizza just being made at 5:00 when it was supposed to be delivered at 4:45.? NEVER AGAIN, EVER will I order from here.

Attempted to order 7 pizzas by phone to be delivered to Tanganyika (2.2 miles from Pizza Hut) tomorrow. Spoke to Victor at the Goddard store who did not know what or where Tanganyika is. After I explained what it was, spelled it for him, provided the address and explained which pizzas I wanted, he offered a total and asked, "how does that sound?" I said that the website is offering single topping large pizzas for $9.99. He put me on hold and when he returned he said that must be an online only deal because they didn't have it. I asked if a manager was available and Victor immediately began YELLING at me, "That's what I just told you! I just talked to him!" I stopped him and stated he would not yell at me and that I would call him back. I had a pleasant experience placing my order with helpful people at Pizza Ranch. I don't know who runs the Goddard Pizza Hut store but I feel it should not need to be said that yelling at customers is unacceptable.
