I was very disappointed with my smoothie today. By the time I got to work it had dripped into my cup holder because it had a crack in the side of the cup. I poured it into another cup to save what was left and it still had chunks of ice and strawberry that didn't get blended.

Everyone is always friendly and my drinks always taste good. I don’t get to frequent often as it’s a splurge. This past visit, my XL drink was below 3/4 full and I didn’t notice it until I got home since I was saving it for in the morning. I had not drank out of it, but thought it felt lighter than it should. I contacted Scooters and the owner reached out to make it right with me. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

came and got a large cup of coffee and my cup was about 3/4 full. could’ve at least filled the gap with whipped cream or something. i even tipped☹️. that was my last 7 dollars. just wanted a nice cup of coffee after my long shift.

3:00 pm 1/2 price drinks banner in front of store mon to wed. 3:00 got charged full price. When I asked the very delightful young lady said that starts next week. Why is there a banner up then?
The only reason I even tried Scooters was because it was a discount and had never been to a location.

This is my favorite Scooter's in the entire area, including Wichita. Nicest baristas too! Drinks are made fast and taste delicious!
I think I'm done trying this location. Yes they are super friendly, but clearly they have been taught the bottom line matters most. Every time I ask for extra cream it's not even close. They never do it.
