I do not know why I keep ordering here. In all honesty I am disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why am I spending money on a tortilla wrapped around another shell with a little cheese sauce and a sprinkle of lettuce? Every time I order a crunch wrap it’s just empty. Even when I customize and pay extra for “extra” toppings it’s always made the same.

Best place to go if you like waiting an inordinate amount of time to have your order taken. Suggestion- go there at lunch to order dinner maybe it'll be ready by then. Mediocre. Do better

We did an order in the app which, like most fast food apps, is a pain to use, but we finally got it done. After that we sat and waited for over ten minutes for two tacos and two burritos that weren't grilled like they were supposed to be. We had to go ask about our food before it was brought to the counter where the guy quietly said the name on the order, even though they bought other customers orders to their tables. I won't be back to this Taco Bell!

AVOID the Drive-through! This is consistently one of the SLOWEST drive throughs and likely will be backed up with the smallest of lines only 3-4 cars from the speaker. It would likely be faster to drive into Wichita to a Taco Bell vs. this store.
My last visit I (and several others in line) waited over an hour for food (over 45 min just to reach the speaker despite ordering on the app and another 15 min with the ppl in front of me in the drive through gone to make a combo and popcorn chicken) and you are STUCK in line if you change your mind. People were turning their cars off since the line moved so slowly.
Until they get their stuff figured out, I'm avoiding this store. I really don't like leaving negative posts, but this last visit was absurd.

We have never spent 25 plus minutes in a Drive-Thru. They did give us free taco gift coupons for the long wait. But, we will rethink stopping there versus the restaurants on either side of them.

The food was really good and received it fast. However, the place was incredibly dirty for how slow it was.

It took 45 minutes from arrival to getting my mobile order. There were at most 5 cars in front of me when I arrived. I saw at least 3 employees walking around and no explanation was offered for the extreme wait either.

Not sure if immaturity and inconsistency is a requirement to work at this taco bell but it certainly seems to be continuing theme with the workers I have encountered here the past few times. Went through the drive thru this time and not only did I see a worker throw a handful of ice into/onto the car of the woman in front of us (I really hope the worker knew this girl in front of us, otherwise that's even worse...) but my husband and I also watched as she asked for some sauce packets and was met with an attitude from the worker as he handed her 2 giant handfuls of sauce and no bag with which to contain the sauce packets. Surprisingly though, our order was actually correct this time, so that's why I didn't give the food a one star rating as well. I understand that during the hours we visited, 5pm on a Sunday, that it's typically going to be teenage workers, but throwing ice and giving attitude like that whether you know the person or not in the vehicle, is unacceptable.

I often eat breakfast at the Goddard location. Service and food has always been fast and amazing. Credit to management there! I’ve been to other Taco Bell locations and the Goddard one is my favorite in the Wichita area so far.

This taco bell has been terrible! I thought for a time it was just because of staffing, but it's literally been the same service the whole time!. It takes literally 30 minutes to get anything and I stood at the counter waiting for some one.. they looked at me and just kept doing whatever they were doing... I hate this taco bell so bad !!!
