Honestly impressed. The place was super clean, the staff was really friendly and complimentary, and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely not what I’m used to from Taco Bell — in the best way.

The general manager and her team are fantastic at this Taco Bell location. They were willing to work with me to cater a graduation party I was hosting, something they don't usually do, but they made the experience wonderful and it was all a hit at the party! My husband and I love coming here for dinner often too, and overall we have great experiences. This Taco Bell location is a 10/10!

Nothing fast about this place. The time you'll spend in the drive thru you could sit down next door at pizza hut and order a fresh pizza. You may still be done faster than waiting for food at Taco Bell. You've been warned.

Each time we visit this location it takes a 45 mins to a hour to get your food. Does not matter is you go in store, take out, or drive thru. Just make sure you have gas. So unacceptable.

I'm done going here. Every time I have something is wrong. The number 1 issue is the drive thru holds you hostage by blocking you in, as they take ~10 minutes for each customer. This is the third time I've gotten the wrong order and there's was only one person ahead and behind me! It has been baffling how awful each experience here has been. This time I had a bad reaction as they gave me something with what I am assuming the new diablo sauce. So I sit here, hungry and in pain waiting for it to pass.

Another experience! Received delivery at 1:40 pm, arrived for pickup at 1:52. Informed staff I was there THEN they decide to start order. And it took until 2 pm to get finished. DO NOT COME HERE!
Back to back visits few weeks apart, once about 11 am, the second 6:30 pm. Both visits were 20+ min wait and both times store empty and 1 car in drive-thru. Maybe it's time for new management and/or staff.

They have a roach problem I was eating in the lobby and saw roaches on the trim and running out of nooks. DO NOT EAT HERE
So much for fast food. I placed my order online, waited 10 minutes and then drove to the store thinking that’s plenty of time for them to have the order ready. Nope. I pull up to a long line 726 pm. I didn’t pull out of the drive with my food until after 8! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! You’d think the food would be the best Taco Bell you’ve ever had, again nope. Cold , soggy, sad food.

Doesn’t deserve a star. I don’t understand how it can take 45 minutes to make a few items. We understand you have a drive thru, the lobby & to go orders - but so do most other fast food restaurants. It’s this location that has this problem consistently. Don’t even attempt the drive thru, there was only 1-2 vehicles in line and we’ve still been waiting for over 45 minutes. Oh and then we didn’t get everything we ordered.
