Likely the worst run Taco Bell on the planet. Every experience is 30+ minutes to get food. Waited in drive thru for 30+ minutes. Better to drive somewhere else.

Group meal to go was all good. Soft tacos, Crunchy tacos, and burritos. Feed 7 people fast.
They really need more employees. And management needs to learn their job. Forgot to add something and they said I couldn't add it unless I went back through the drive thru because there was more cars. There was literally only one

Just order there new combo got a 4 inch by 1 inch burrito with two pieces of chicken in the whole burrito then they messed up my order to the point that I question even eating the Chalupa so we walked across the street to McDonald's worst service I had all

This is the most understaffed and slowest Taco Bell I've been to. About 50% of the time the staff is rude. I've made online orders and they've been accepted and then I've arrived at the restaurant to find it closed. Pretty much drive the extra few miles if you want to online order. This drive thru trip took 45 minutes.
I just went t through and my tacos were cold and when I tried to get somebody back up to the window nobody came nobody answered the speaker box nothing.
When I went through the drive through The person taking the order just says "hi" nothing else not good morning welcome to taco bell, not order when ever your ready nope nothing. I got the Breakfast quesadilla, which the cheese was not even melted and it was so cold. I was really sad that it wouldn't stay together because of no cheese melted. So it fell everywhere.

The food seemed like it had been sitting there and they just reheated the food in the container it was origionally made in. We waited a very long time after pushing the help button. The cleaning was below satisfactory.

The Goddard location is kind of like a last resort, only quick taco like restraunt for 70 miles if you're headed west bound. Service is very slow, the food is just thrown together very messy sometimes. The staff is either overworked or just has no desire to be there.

Horribly understaffed for a Saturday night... didn't start my mobile order until I finally brought up that I had been waiting in store (5 minutes after ordering) an additional 20. Fiesta potatoes were burnt. Will drive further now for better food/service.
