1st time using the online purchase, pick-up Very easy and convenient, and ready as promised

I never go through the self checkout but I only had two items yesterday afternoon. I scan the first( smoked sausage) put it in the bag. Scan the second item a mini cheesecake after holding it up looking for the barcode on the bottom and out it in the bag when I go to stand back straight I have an employee in my face telling me my item didn't scan literally close enought to touch me. I said if you would wait a second I'd probably see it didn't scan cause it beeped and I hadn't even gone back to the screen. He kept wanting to insinuate that it needed to be scanned. At which point I was dumbfounded sat there for a second and told him just cancell everything then I'll go to braums where they are polite and they actually have someone to scan and bag items. Wasnt really a big deal to me but when you call my character into question then we have a problem. I'll be looking for every reason not spend money in this store based on how the employee treated me. You need to do better and your employee needs to not treat people like garbage for your computers issue. I hadn't even tried to pay yet so it's not like I was trying to scam you of what $5? I'll spend twice as much elsewhere just on principal alone. But guess what. Braums was cheaper so thanks for saving me money.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. Waited in line for 15 minutes while the slowest cashier painstakingly scanned items. Then he (David) had to go to another register to override something. It would not work so he wanted me to go to yet another register and check out. Which meant he wanted me to take all items off the conveyor belt and go to another line with people behind me. I left my stuff and walked out. You would think Wal mart would do better but they absolutely do not care.

Due to hardship and life accomodations,.employment shift changes from this place is farce even during orientation is a lie and now thanks to this particular Walmart have left 2 associates homeless. So thank you kindly.

My wife and I live just 3 miles east of the Walmart in Goddard Kansas, and we have recently noticed a steady decline of this store. Mainly there are very often out of stock shelves on many items throughout the store. It has gottened to the point where we can't rely on this Walmart anymore.

The manager of the customer pick up area refused to load an order for me just because I had my children in my car. I've done this job for over a year and not one person at any of the Walmart had ever said anything. I do this job so that I can have my kids. One of them is 12 and she had said they have to be old enough to stay home alone which she is. But then she said if I wouldn't leave her home with the baby then I can't leave them both in the car. Mind you, it's not like I'm walking into the store shopping and leaving my kids in the car. I deliver groceries onto people's porches, where my car stays running and it's always right by me. I don't even accept orders for apartments because I don't wanna go behind a building or something and have them be out of sight. It's just amazing to me how people can be so involved in other people's lives. Like this is my means of how I make a living and you're going to interfere with that by refusing an order over something so petty. Mind you, everyone at this Walmart knows me and my kids because not only is it the main one I work at, but it's usually the one I shop at also. Needless to say, I'm done with the Goddard Walmart, they will no longer get my business, neither professional or otherwise.
