INCOMPETENT- is the best way to describe this location. The first time I ate here the curly fries were cold, I go back tonight and order the 1 pound beef and cheddar, focusing on making sure my fries were fresh and hot only to get home and notice they gave me a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar (see picture) !! $13 for a 1 pound meal and here I am getting scammed again. This will be the last time I eat here!

Pretty rough experience today for me and my family at this Arby's. We got several items that were not great. We got one of the sliders for my kid and it had a tiny amount of meat on the sandwich. We frequently get the sliders for my kid and they are perfect. However today it had very little meat on it. We noticed before we had left and told the woman at the window and showed her the sandwich. She insisted that it was made correctly. At first I was pretty confused cause its never been so small before. I even mentioned to her that its supposed to be 3 ounces of meat and showed her the sandwich again hoping that she would either see that it was very light or offer me some sort of refund or a way to make it right. Nope. She doubled down on her first statement and said that every other Arby's does it wrong and that this is the portion its supposed to always be. At this point I was flabbergasted and since she didnt offer me any way to make it better and just wanted to stare at me in an awkward standoff we just decided to leave and be done with it. We travel a lot and come through Goodland several times a year. We will not be eating at this location again. Theres a mcdonalds about 50 feet down the same road, I'm happy to eat there instead.
