Pretty rough experience today for me and my family at this Arby's. We got several items that were not great. We got one of the sliders for my kid and it had a tiny amount of meat on the sandwich. We frequently get the sliders for my kid and they are perfect. However today it had very little meat on it. We noticed before we had left and told the woman at the window and showed her the sandwich. She insisted that it was made correctly. At first I was pretty confused cause its never been so small before. I even mentioned to her that its supposed to be 3 ounces of meat and showed her the sandwich again hoping that she would either see that it was very light or offer me some sort of refund or a way to make it right. Nope. She doubled down on her first statement and said that every other Arby's does it wrong and that this is the portion its supposed to always be. At this point I was flabbergasted and since she didnt offer me any way to make it better and just wanted to stare at me in an awkward standoff we just decided to leave and be done with it. We travel a lot and come through Goodland several times a year. We will not be eating at this location again. Theres a mcdonalds about 50 feet down the same road, I'm happy to eat there instead.

Food was great, service was quick, staff was kind and restaurant was clean. However, whoever decided on the light outside right into the tree did not consider the poor birds. It is clear they are being absolutely terrorized by the blazing light right into their tree. Turn it off please, that light is helping no one

McDonald's was busy and this Arby's wasn't, that should have been a clue. But we were hungry and needed to stop to eat. This place seems to be a place haunted by old folks that didn't seem to mind that the food quality was off, at least compared to other Arby's we had eaten at. The roast beef was ho-hum and the chicken fingers greasy.
