Bad service and little food and I have eaten in other places like these, very well served and good attitude And above all, very well served from the moment I enter a food place, I don't expect them to give me food as a gift, I always know that I have to pay and I like that they serve me well regardless of the price. Order both a burrito and my wife got a bowl with chips and queso both the bowl and burrito was good only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the queso seemed to go better on the burrito then by itself would definitely order from here again the guys working were also very quick at making our order as well may have spent a total of 5 mins inside

If you like old crunchy rice (went in a few minutes after opening, dried out meat that looks reused, a burrito that someone doesn’t know how to roll for some reason, and very subpar quality of food then this is your stop! I love QDOBA, but this location is a joke and embarrassment in terms of maintaining their quality and standards.

Traveling through there wasn't much options for food. We stopped at Qdoba in Goodland. Service was horrible. Lady that was making the my burrito really didn’t want to be there. Ingredients were not fresh, brown rice was crunchy.. no signage on what is what.. and the employees, they need put some effort into their work.

There is no option for zero stars! Traveling through there wasn't much options for food. We stopped at Qdoba in Goodland. Where the place was a mess garbage over flowing. Employees on their phones while one gal working to serve everyone and run check out. She was out of most food yesterday and noone was cooking or even willing to help out. Manager short old guy was yelling and screaming horrible things at the employees. Even got furious with customers several walked out. If was complaining that workers quit or too lazy to do there job so we are out we are out don't like it I don't give a bleep. At that point several in line left. One shaggy looking guy dumped old food on new and it was clearly rock hard rice and said you have to eat old first. I give credit to the gal who was working hard to run the entire store while others didn't even blink from there phone. Now the manager talking to everyone like that is unbelievable he should not be in that store.Now to the disgusting part is employee who likes to do nothing but stand around grabs handfuls of food off the station a d eats it Hello Not allowed that is health hazard!!! I hope they do something about this store and that manager this is horrible to see. I won't return and I let many pole know as well .

Not sure why the bad reviews, but it unfortunately almost made us not stop. We arrived on a Tuesday around noon. Everything was delicious, large portions, and the place was very clean. Will definitely return when we are in the area again.
Parking: Huge places to park as it's a huge truck stop.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with a lot of food.
