We visited for a family graduation party and found the bar friendly and the service very attentive and prompt. We had a variety of burgers fries that was tasty and served hot. The beer was cold and value priced. There were 4 pool tables that added to the fun.

Always a good soup offering, salads are good also. Relaxed atmosphere and good service. Great place for small group table meetings with an eye on in and out time.

Terry's is a great place for food in downtown Topeka. It was crowded when I was there for lunch on a weekday. The fish sandwich I had was ample sized. The French fries were one of the best, lightly breaded and crunchy. My friend was happy with his meal of chicken-fried steak. The prices are very reasonable. They have a well-stocked bar and a nice pool tables.

We had a party of 7 and it took at least 10 mins to get drinks. When food came out, 2 people's orders were forgot and then came out dried out. We wanted to get an order to go and couldn't get the waitress to come to the table (which we decided not to get)... And finally we had to wait over 20 mins to get the check. If you go when they are busy, be sure to get EVERYTHING you want when they are taking drink orders (food, multiple drinks per person, anything else)...
