We arrived about an hour before closing. I had to ask for us to be seated. Our server was very friendly but it sounded like she had a very long day. The chips and queso was good. We ordered drinks and they did not get them right. The server told us that we could tip the bartender as wel, we were sitting at a booth and I've never been told that I could tip the bartende, seemed kind of weird. We ordered our food and it came out in a decent amount of time. I had a grilled chicken breast with waffle fries. The chicken breast was dry and looked I like it had been sitting out for a while. The barbecue Burger had way too much sauce on it. maybe we had this poor experience because it was an hour before closing.

Poor service very few customers the place and still had to wait to be seated. Didn't bring a drink it was made placed on bar never brought to table until requested. Bill was brought and had to wait close to 10 min for server to come back to run CC. Very poor service

After not going to eat there for 6 month because of horrible food we thought let's try in again. We got there and waited to be seated. Then waited and waited and was ignored. Strike thre and we are gone

Waited an hour for my mobile order. We sat at the bar and watched multiple other people get their orders and watched other mobile orders go out.

I was charged 20. Dollars to much they told me to come in and get a 10 gift card. I told her the overcharge was 20. dollars. When I did go in to get my gift card, Tiffany said I had to have my receipt to prove the over charge!

Bad management, come by to greet my table and blame my server for being "less than optimal" while the sever was more than polite and we were understanding of the fact that they where busy. With the food being hot and and tasty I will say the cooks are great, but I think it was Jayme who came to our table and yaped about our sever being bad, while they were great. That Jayme lady need to revaluate her goals
I drink a Arnold Palmer and only one person there could actually make it correctly. I went in and they were not working and there was a new guy working Billy and first try and he did amazing. I made a point of telling him how great of a job he did and when he went and told the other manager she told him not to let it go to his head. Then came over and told us to ignore him cuz that is what they all do. What kind of manager puts down another employee to customers. Kinda sad

Yes, I understand it is Veterans Day, but we waited over 45 minutes for our food that was ordered before the rush came in. Our pasta was overcooked, rubbery and cold. The chicken strips were overcooked and hard to eat, the mashed potatoes were pastey. Our waitress took our order but never returned. We talked to Jimmy and he had our order remade to go. We also talked to GM Jamie White. She informed us that if we didn't like the chicken strips, don't order it again. She was rude and hateful and told jimmy to just give the whole meal for free and stomped off. We watched how she was disrespectful to her employees, yelling at them. A gentleman and his son cleaned off their spot at the bar after being set there. We usually go to this Applebees one to two times a month and have never been treated this way. As long as she is your GM, we will not be going back. We haven't had this bad of service ever at this location.
