About 10 other customers when we walked in . Waitress brought our drinks and disappeared. She was taking food out to the curbside. Then she put ice melt out . Finally took our order . By this time other customers had arrived. Time went by waiting on the food . Waitress was outside with more ice melt . By the time our food arrived it was cold . Another wait staff brought fresh fries . Artichoke dip was not dipable. Customers, probably 20 were waiting to be seated. We were there approximately 1.5-2 hours . Terrible . Unacceptable.

We got there and service was good at first then we had to wait over 30 minutes just to order , i didn’t get my mango tea until after i mentioned it on the receipt.. i didn’t get charged so that was good and we got a discount for the wait .The food made me and my cousins stomach hurt , i threw up in the PARKING LOT . The couple sitting a few seats away had found hair in their food along with something else. would not recommend.

I have been here for almost 1 hour and still ain’t got a touch of food . My cousin hasn’t gotten her mango tea yet after ordering it 30 minutes ago . Very disappointed.

This place has gone downhill so bad so quick. Service is horrible and slow, all the kids that work there are clueless and to top it off they're not even doing to-go orders anymore.

Just left great bend Applebee's. Disappointed waiter started talking about how they are outta this and that one thing after another. Didn't have crayons for the kids menu either. Family of 5 I was highly disappointed I didn't even order any good for myself

Megan is horrible and the management team is okay with it! Their pretty shitty themselves not going into detail to long to write and a waste of time! Lost another customer 👍🏿 place is a hell hole! Thanks for being so great Megan! NOT

If you’re hungry and value your time, skip the Great Bend Applebee’s. The wait times are ridiculous, and that’s if a server even bothers to serve you. Megan? Easily the worst. She dilly-dallies around doing everything but waiting on her tables. Watching her avoid work should be a competitive sport.

And don’t waste your time calling Wade the manager—he’ll just cut you off mid-conversation. I called him, and three times during the same conversation he had to call me back. Never felt more like an inconvenience. After all that, I finally got to express my concerns, and it was clear he just wanted off the phone.

Bre, the store manager, doesn’t hold anyone accountable, and I’ve personally watched customers walk out because they couldn’t get service. Loyal customers clearly mean nothing here. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually wants it.

We always enjoy Applebee's. The facility was pretty clean and the staff were really nice. We had a quick lunch while we were in town shopping.
