We got there and service was good at first then we had to wait over 30 minutes just to order , i didn’t get my mango tea until after i mentioned it on the receipt.. i didn’t get charged so that was good and we got a discount for the wait .The food made me and my cousins stomach hurt , i threw up in the PARKING LOT . The couple sitting a few seats away had found hair in their food along with something else. would not recommend.

If you’re hungry and value your time, skip the Great Bend Applebee’s. The wait times are ridiculous, and that’s if a server even bothers to serve you. Megan? Easily the worst. She dilly-dallies around doing everything but waiting on her tables. Watching her avoid work should be a competitive sport.
And don’t waste your time calling Wade the manager—he’ll just cut you off mid-conversation. I called him, and three times during the same conversation he had to call me back. Never felt more like an inconvenience. After all that, I finally got to express my concerns, and it was clear he just wanted off the phone.
Bre, the store manager, doesn’t hold anyone accountable, and I’ve personally watched customers walk out because they couldn’t get service. Loyal customers clearly mean nothing here. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually wants it.

We arived there at 5:18pm I dont know if it was because we here the only latino family there before people started to come maybe 20min after we had orders our food. Or what we ordered our appetizers with our food there where very very few people at this place. We recivedour appetizers and waited till 6:26pm we never recived the food so I asked for my check to pay for what I recived. While we waited people that had gotten there after us where receiving there food. To top it off this was a stop after having a 3hour drive. I do not recommend this place 100%. Take your money els where
