I drink a Arnold Palmer and only one person there could actually make it correctly. I went in and they were not working and there was a new guy working Billy and first try and he did amazing. I made a point of telling him how great of a job he did and when he went and told the other manager she told him not to let it go to his head. Then came over and told us to ignore him cuz that is what they all do. What kind of manager puts down another employee to customers. Kinda sad
Always good food, with 1 exception NO BEEF GRAVY.
Who served steak and potatoes without gravy? ? I've been told it is a corporate decision on what is served on the menu. Corporate needs to allow local managers some leeway to accommodate local tastes.

Food was great staff was great, had to apologize for poor service and lack of bar knowledge for the manager. I do business with Applebee's weekly in all the areas of my travels first time I found a manager without proper training. I felt sorry for his crew members
