Instead of listening front of store kid corrected me on what I wanted and doubled the meat on my reuben. $3 increase on the price for something I was trying to refuse. Ended up being a grossly sized and slimy sandwich.
I wish I had asked him why it's not possible to just make a reuben and not double the meat? Partially my fault for not being more stern and clear I did not want double meat. You'd think just saying it once would be enough.

Ive been coming here once every week for 3 years now. David and his crew are top notch. You wont dind a cleaner Arbys anywhere else. They greet me and alot of customers by their names. Were lucky to have them. 2 thumbs up

Didn't get any food here but Wendy's was out of lids and forks which is wild so I came over here let them know that Wendy's didn't have lids or forks and if they had any and they happily helped me out with some and shared a few laughs with me defiantly will be back here

It was overall not a terrible visit. There were several tables that were dirty so ended up sitting in a table that was the 4th one we went to. Food was at least warm
Food was delicious Staff was well trained and the manager was very friendly made dinning there a great experience. A+++++

The food was coldAnd was missing components of the meal. Chicken bacon Swiss had no bacon and was cold, not just not hot, it was really cold. Tried calling the store but they wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Also the fries were cold and were the left overs of both crinkle cut and curley. I love Arby's food but will NEVER EAT AT THE GREAT BEND, KANSAS STORE AGAIN. I WILL ALSO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I MEET OR KNOW TO AVOID THIS STORE ALSO.
