The food was coldAnd was missing components of the meal. Chicken bacon Swiss had no bacon and was cold, not just not hot, it was really cold. Tried calling the store but they wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Also the fries were cold and were the left overs of both crinkle cut and curley. I love Arby's food but will NEVER EAT AT THE GREAT BEND, KANSAS STORE AGAIN. I WILL ALSO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I MEET OR KNOW TO AVOID THIS STORE ALSO.

Update 4/26/24.Food and service really suck today, which is unusual. My server is for lack of words, not cut out for fast food. A trash truck would better be suited for him in my opinion. He didn't listen to what we was ordering, he messed up our order, we had to reorder food that was missing.VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY!!

Food was ok if lukewarm the guy who took first order polite the girl who filled our app order was rude spoke in a snotty tone and stuck her gross hands all over the lid of the drinks she demanded we take when we stated we wanted to fill our own. We were informed THIS arbys does not allow that, when we asked about switching the items they were out of with something similar we were told to order something else and pay for it because they don't do that here! It's only 10 bucks but the bad attitude and our two full meals plus extra side and sauces crammed into a bag that would nor shut was just the cherry on top of this absolutely horrible experience.

Haven't been to Arby's in years, but their fish is the best I've had. All their food is good and a very friendly staff there. Will definitely go back.

Visited from out of town and decided to grab a bite to eat before leaving town. Food was what you would expect and the girl at the counter was friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop again.
Went through drive thru. Drove a block down the road to eat. Nothing is fresh i mean nothing. Fries are cold Sandwich is cold. My wife threw hers in the trash only ate 2 bites and said it was gross. I tried calling the store but nobody answered.

Just got home from the drive through, m chicken sandwich had 2 fillets on it, one that looked like a bite was taken out and both looked and taste like it had been sitting for hours so I didn't even want to eat it. Place is going downhill. Seems like everytime I come either something is wrong with Mt food or have missing items.
Update, place hasn't changed actually has gotten worse. I quit coming here for a long time came back for the first time thinking something has changed but I was wrong. Food wasn't fresh, wasn't even what I ordered and had missing items. The fried food I ordered taste like it had been sitting for hrs. If I could I'd give negative stars
