The food is good. They are slow to wait on you. It seems as if they see you, but don't ask if you are ready to order. Bathrooms need remodeled or at least cleaned up.

The place was unclean food all over floor, counters were not clean used paper towels all over counter. Manager came walking by French fry container next thing I noticed his mouth was full of food. Customer then outside informed me Manager wasn't very nice yelling at employees I didn't see this but they did. Place needs cleaned up and better Management.

Place was not clean. Ordered dine in and got take out. Order sat for almost twenty minutes before asking where our order was. Called wrong number. Didn't appreciate the manage saying he hadn't been to the bathroom since 4 30.. Complained to manager. He didn't care.

Went in to get milk, creamer and bread waited over 15 minutes to get check out ended up walking out without anything. They couldn't even look up to see me standing there and when I said something I was ignored

Waited in drive thru 10 mins.line didn't move.i went in, line was slow inside too.store was dirty in the food prep area and everywhere else too. seen employee eating the fries out of bin. This place better shape up before it closes down.empkoyees have no proper training it's nasty in there corporate needs to be called

From the time that I started there to today actually which is only about 2 to 3 weeks of being employed with this company I realize it is not a really safe place to work because of the disregard of training and a few other things and being downgraded pretty much every day you work is kind of even worse while they do it in front of guests and me not being trained properly is not the general manager's fault because he did what he could the area manager predicted what was going to happen but at the end of the day not knowing what to do and being thrown on something that I have never been thrown on before and then being yelled at every single day of my life up there it's not worth it not worth my time to be yelled at or treated like a piece of junk I've been through some pretty bad jobs but this is one of the worst ones along with another job that I left for the same exact reason before I got this one it's funny cuz I thought I was going to be trained properly and not yelled at while doing my job it's kind of disheartening to see that people don't care about being trained up right in this company and it's kind of surprising that anyone still works at some of these places at all with how hard some of these guys have worked with up there some of them deserve to be better treated and not downgraded continuously the assistant general manager kind of did that with me a lot she just kept yelling at me saying you need to be doing this instead of that she wants me to be pressing buttons on the screen but then when I'm doing that she yells at me again funny thing is I wasn't even really trained to take food orders I was only trying to do ice cream but yeah I get stuck doing food orders and not even properly told what to do and then I get yelled at 2-3 days down the road from doing certain things that I was saw everyone else doing and they didn't get yelled at for it while they did it in front of other managers not a place where I feel like I want to be disrespected anymore and food's great it's just someone to management needs to be really looked at hard and question really hard to about how they treat their team members
