I came in and no employees were at sight. I looked behind the machine and sure enough there she was on her phone. I put in my order, she handed our cups and no ice in the machine. I asked if she had any ice in the back and she said no but there is enough ice to keep the fountain drinks cold ?( they were not cold just room temp) lady didn't even use gloves serve my hash brown

Went in and picked up food to go and the dining room soda machine is serving room temperature soda and the ice machine is not working . Customers should not have to ask for ice when getting handed a cup with their order when it's 100 degrees outside . You think with getting a remodel they would try and keep everything working like clockwork in there .

Double check your food. Paid for cheese. Was going to wait until I got home to eat, 30 minutes away, at 20 minutes away I decided to take a few bites. No cheese.They did offer me a cookie to make up for the 40 minutes of wasted drive time though. So, that's why the extra stars in service.

Honestly wasn't expecting much but it exceeded my expectations completely!! The employees were super friendly and the food(fast food) was the best I've had in a very long time,so thanks guys for making my day better!!!

Really ridiculous when your only doing mobile orders and door dash during the lunch hour 12:00-1:00. Good way to lose business

It is not a very welcoming place when a worker is cursing and griping about his situation. That should have been taken out of earshot to the dining area. It did NOT make my meal enjoyable.The same employee stated he was refusing to clean something behind the counter. The last time I checked, that was part of a food service job. Tables dirty, and I was the only patron in the place.The burger was very impressive. It had veggies on it, which made it better than the other smaller burgers in the business.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take kids in with employees cursing. I know they probably hear it anyway, but when Mom and Pop take them out to dinner, it should not be part of their experience.
Fries wer half done, still cold. The mushroom melt tasted really wierd and wasn't but room temp. We wer very disappointed in our visit.
