Far from authentic unless cheese wiz is authentic to you. Ordered been dip to go with very oily flour chips, rec’d what tasted like pork chili. Salsa was like tomato sauce with some slight chili taste. Took 5 minutes to be seated and then when taken to a table there were several tables open and no one had cashed out while we were waiting. Food was subpar, Taco Bell, Taco Tico are much better, maybe people here haven’t experienced real Mexican cuisine but this was very low quality food and service, hard to understand how it stays open with so many better choices

Worst food I’ve ever had! Cheese out of a can, rotel as queso with no flavor, all the food was very bland and not seasoned at all. They charge you extra for everything including drinks, chips. All positions of the food were very small. I got a chimichanga and it looks like a taquito from a gas station, also came with rice and there’s was about 3 table spoons worth. Been to all the Mexican restaurants in Great Bend and this one by far was the worst.

Stopped in for lunch. Excellent meal, Apache. Pork Green chili is great. Delicious salsa with chips. Reasonably priced. No credit cards.

I like Delgados. Love the salsa. They make things to order for you. So if you don't want certain things on your food you don't have to have it. Wish they would have fountain drinks instead of warm cans and ice in a cup. I really like their taco salad. The chips and salsa rock.BTW: Hours: 1130-200 and 530-830.
