Was greeted when we walked in the restaurant. When ordering with the family, he was helpful with our eight year old and made it fun and pleasant. With a poll around the table, it was great food and customer service by Andrew! Oh, he also brought our ice cream out and k ew who ordered what!

Apparently they don't know what they're doing I order food at the drive-thru a combo and I have to reorder at the window and told the man a combo and I just get a drink and sandwich I won't be back here in a manager was no help

The food and service was good other than listening to what my family and I wanted. My mother asked for a single burger and she got a double. My sister asked for a type of concrete and tasted different than any other time she got that, she knows because it’s her favorite ice cream.

I went to Freddy's and ordered a simple Oreo concrete, but the woman put peppermint on top. When I told her I hadn't ordered that, she insisted I had. I clarified again that I ordered an Oreo concrete, not peppermint, but she walked away mumbling complaints. Why get mad at a customer? I just want to get what I paid for. I even returned the incorrect order. I'm not trying to scam anyone—I just want my correct order. It was really rude. 😓

The entire staff was rude and this wasn’t just my opinion the others in my group had the same experience. It was a shocker because I have never had rude service at a Freddys before.
