Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I went to Freddy's and ordered a simple Oreo concrete, but the woman put peppermint on top. When I told her I hadn't ordered that, she insisted I had. I clarified again that I ordered an Oreo concrete, not peppermint, but she walked away mumbling complaints. Why get mad at a customer? I just want to get what I paid for. I even returned the incorrect order. I'm not trying to scam anyone—I just want my correct order. It was really rude. 😓

The entire staff was rude and this wasn’t just my opinion the others in my group had the same experience. It was a shocker because I have never had rude service at a Freddys before.

I use to steer clear from Freddy's because of the cost. But now that McDonald's cost is just as high I am happy to spend the same money on fresh cheeseburgers and hot fresh fries instead of whatever mcds tries to pass off as food.

The food was great but the staff was very rude the staff there today 6/1/2024 at 2pm they didn't call our number over the SPEAKER and just yelled out our number while giving us a rude stare and said "HELLO" after as if we were dumb. Than they continued to stare and making us feel uncomfortable. They did use the SPEAKER to call someone elses number though...

The food is amazing, but Brooke made the meal special. He was so warm and inviting and I could tell he LOVES what Freddy's stands for and is passionate about helping people experience the great food.He gave me and my two boys custard samples and then took special care when I said I have a gluten allergy due to Celiac Disease. He brought ingredient boxes out so I could verify that it was safe for me to eat. I wasn't expecting a fast food place to take Celiac so seriously.Then he brought out toys for my kids and even offered to take a picture for us. This kind of service went above and beyond and was so appreciated after a long day of driving on our road trip.Freddy's is lucky to have him. He needs to train all of your employees across the company. I would come back to this location just to experience his kindness again.

Dietary restrictions: They have a separate gluten free food prep area and will make the burgers as a lettuce wrap.

I love Freddy’s but this location is not the best. My burger was way too salty almost inedible. The workers don’t have a very good attitude either.
