I use to steer clear from Freddy's because of the cost. But now that McDonald's cost is just as high I am happy to spend the same money on fresh cheeseburgers and hot fresh fries instead of whatever mcds tries to pass off as food.

The food is amazing, but Brooke made the meal special. He was so warm and inviting and I could tell he LOVES what Freddy's stands for and is passionate about helping people experience the great food.He gave me and my two boys custard samples and then took special care when I said I have a gluten allergy due to Celiac Disease. He brought ingredient boxes out so I could verify that it was safe for me to eat. I wasn't expecting a fast food place to take Celiac so seriously.Then...

I really enjoyed that Freddy's team still appreciates it's customers and the process of their experience. Friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Great job and keep up the team work it takes to run fast food right.
