Visited the spot twice. First time I remembered being delicious so I took wife and kids with me the 2nd trip. Service was great and some decent looking staffers as well. We ordered burgers because I thought mine was great the first time there. It was a Fri night so maybe they were slammed with to-gos but the restaurant didn't seem crowded. Our burgers seemed to be pre-made compressed disks. They were overcooked and really firm. The flavor was good but they seem to use a truffle salt over everything. It gets old quick. They do offer delicious hand made chips but again I would enjoy a break from the truffle seasoning. Kid's menu was okay but my kids regretted the orange soda choice. It was awful. Good place to drink beers after supper I bet but I think there has to be a nicer spot for a meal and a cocktail. There entrees were all served with a piece of texas toast which makes the meal feel like it's a step up from a school lunch. I may try the spot again for lunch but with Freddie's down the rd 5 min I doubt it. Great Bend needs this place to step it up some. It could be really great.

Music very loud asked to have it turned down was for maybe 2 minutes. I had a hot roast beef sandwich. Way to much salt in meat and gravy. My lips were on fire when we left. White gravy on prebreaded chicken fry also to salty. Most of wait staff wearing baggy cut off shorts. Won’t be back

One of the highlights was the menu variety. There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you're in the mood for something hearty or light, you’re likely to find something that suits your craving.
Parking was also a breeze, which is always a plus. It’s nice to have plenty of space to park without the hassle of searching for a spot.
The service was great as well. Our server was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.
While the dinner was decent and met our expectations, it didn't necessarily blow us away. However, the combination of good food, charming atmosphere, and great service makes the Handle Bar & Grill worth a visit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back dining experience in a welcoming environment.
Excellent stop for a quick lunch. BLT was loaded with bacon so very pleased with that and the service was great. The decor was interesting, with the name being HandleBar and Grill, you would think they had more handlebars around for decoration.
